The hotel area is very remote. The room is clean and spacious. However, the water for bathing is average. There are few hot springs. The sound insulation is relatively poor. I can hear the sound of water running all night. I hope the sound insulation needs to be improved.

I think it's an old hotel that has been nicely renovated. It's nice. It's relatively close to the station.
Good points
-Free parking
-Free breakfast (not on the same level as the hotel next door)
-Wide hallway
Points for improvement)
-The ceiling above the sink is so low that when you use a hair dryer while standing, it hits the ceiling and you can't style your hair properly.
-They replaced the shower bed, but it doesn't match the wall-mounted one, so you can only use it vertically to the floor. It's hard to rinse shampoo off.

This hotel is about a 4-minute walk from Tokushima Station. The hotel is averagely clean. I went to the front desk on the second floor to check in...the front desk staff were averagely friendly. I received my card key and breakfast voucher and headed to my room. I booked a single room, but it was an average size twin room, with average bathroom and toilet, average amenities and in-room facilities, and disposable slippers. The bed was average, the nightgown was a robe, and the pillow was averagely good. The breakfast had a good selection of Japanese and Western dishes, including several Tokushima specialty dishes, which were delicious. (The breakfast venue here is also used by guests of the Agnes Hotel.) It was a convenient, quiet, and clean hotel near the station.
