The hotel is just located on the left side of the station. It’s really wonderful. There is also a convenience store located at the ground floor which also makes our lives so much easier. The room (Hollywood twin) is a large and spacious room that can easily accommodate the opening of 2 large suitcases (28 inch). The bathroom is also generous in space, and we could actually move around freely and change clothes in the toilet for once (as compared to other chain hotels in Japan). It has all the comforts and amenities of a proper graded hotel, but the air conditioning was poor. Opened the windows but still felt a little warm throughout the night. The other minor “issue” I observed was how they tried to “automate” the check-in which is a failure in my opinion. Automation is to reduce workflow/ manual work required by parties. However in this case, I had to go to the reception desk for them to make copies of our passport and issue a card (to be used at the check-in machine). Thereafter I have to walk to the machine and insert the card, press a bunch of buttons to be issued the room and room key. So from a customer perspective I’m actually troubled twice, because I need to make 2 stops before actually getting my room. So what’s the point of this check-in machine? Fail to see the benefits of it.

The Hotel is right on top of Japan Railway Tokushima Station and one minute walk from the main bus terminal in Tokushima, too. Very convenient not only to explore the city of Tokushima, but also to explore Tokushima's rich nature and culture, still hidden gem in Japan. Hotel was built about 30 years ago but it is well maintained and rooms are spacious compared with more recent ones. Hotel staffs are very courteous. It forms a part of the station building where you can find many restaurants with Japanese and local flavors as well as souvenir shops.

Hotel environment 1⃣️ flow, the room has invincible sea view, the service is in place, but it has not been opened for a long time, the design is traditional and not fashionable, the equipment is relatively old, it can be improved 1⃣️, it is more ideal, in addition, the instructions are mostly Japanese, more foreign language instructions for foreigners (such as Chinese and English) are more 👌! We stayed in this hotel as a stopover, driving from Awaji to Shikoku. It's an onsen hotel with both Western-style beds and tatami as bedding options. There is a large carpark space behind the hotel. When you ask the lobby person about the means of transportation, the bus is in front of the next prefectural office, but one hour. It is easy to be in a commercial facility called Amiko, but compared to the hotel near the liquid, it does not return to physical strength! So, after seeing the dance of the kusunoki beach, a little free dance hall, the ryokokubashi dance hall? Small dance hall? I walked around the awa dance pedestrian heaven area and walked through it! If you proposed a taxi near the station, I saw it better! The traffic regulation was from 18 o'clock, so it was not crowded even in the taxi at 17 o'clock. I feel the shallowness of the response of the lobby. I think it was a mess. No. I felt like a hotel that strongly sought efficiency, but I think it was shallow. I feel the danger of our hotel in the staff consciousness that it is normal to walk 25 minutes in midsummer. If you go to awa Odori, you don't know, but you may use smile hotel Tokushima and so on. Can I park at the hotel in front of the station this time? I was worried. This hotel was about ２００ planes and three-dimensional, and it was free. It is a thought and trouble.

The receptionist was very courteous and made me feel so relieved even though I was tired from driving in the rain! ! I also appreciate that you can freely enjoy coffee and miso soup in the lounge! The lounge atmosphere is very nice, so my friend and I were both happy that we could sit on the sofa and talk while having coffee and relax in the lounge or in our room! ! For dinner, there was a restaurant nearby that used local ingredients. I thought I would be able to see the ocean and nature from my room, but I was disappointed because that wasn't the case, but it was very quiet.

I stayed at this hotel for a long time to meet my friend who has lived in Komatsu Island for 50 years. The service was full, the twin room was not so small, clean and very liked, such as ２ cans of service and can beer for a consecutive night at check-in. I decided to go to Awaji Island in the same prefecture. Among them, I decided to go to Umemaru because I was worried about the fondue pot of the cheek I saw on TV before. It was good to go back on a day trip, but I stayed because I couldn't drink the driver. The view was bad (parking lot) with net discount, but 3 people 1 room 1 night 2 meals were 14000 yen. The dishes were not enough to eat and were very delicious. The freshness of the cheek was great. I had a meal at a large banquet hall, but even if I thought I would call occasionally, I was troubled because there was no Nakai. The hot spring becomes very rough. Please be careful because when you take a bath, your feet are slippery. It was quite tight because of the chlorine, so it is a star 4 (unknown because it is this time). By the way, there is also a foot bath. And there was a jigsaw puzzle of the cherry blossom made of Awaji tiles in the lobby. It's quite difficult, so try it with your parents and children.

It was a quiet and clean hotel, close to about 5 minutes walk from Tokushima Station. The parking lot was in the building opposite the road and it was difficult to understand, but it was good to be free. Breakfast became a restaurant on the 1 floor, but there was a sense of liberation. There were various types and it was good. I think the cospa was good overall.

The car navigation will go to the location of the store. It takes a long time to find the lobby. The car is parked in the open air at the entrance of the street. The room has two beds for 400 yen a day. It is clean and comfortable. The lobby is equipped with drinks. It is simple and can be full. This price is great value. There is a noodle king nearby for 10 minutes, you can eat ramen.
