Hotel is within walking distance from the train station and there's a convenience store directly across the street.
Very friendly staff.
Stayed in a non-smoking room which was clean and well kept, didn't have any issues with smell.

I am a repeat customer. I stayed here to support the baseball team. This time I was in a room on the top floor with a view of the Belluna Dome, so the location was great. The rooms are as clean as ever, and the breakfast is delicious, so I will stay here again.

The staff are considerate and have good English communication skills. I temporarily stayed in the hotel for one more night but had to change rooms. They were so good that I didn't mind. I could see that the staff were very cooperative.

建物自体は古いですが掃除が行き届き、清潔感があってとても良かったです。喫煙ルームしか空いてなかったのが残念でしたが思っていたより臭いも気にならず、駅裏なのに静かで近隣にはエミテラスや西武百貨店があるので非常に便利です。また、1Fにあったお蕎麦屋さん？居酒屋さん？が、安価で美味しかったです。お勧めです。

結論:最高
特急ラビューとこのホテルの為だけにもう一度来たいです。
昭和の良さが残りつつもReffaのヘッドシャワーを付けたりベッド横に充電用コンセントがあったり細かい配慮が最高。
ベッドも枕もタオルもこだわりを感じます。
フロントなどのスタッフの方も素朴な感じがとても良い。とても笑顔が素敵です。
働き甲斐を感じながら働いてるのが伝わりました。
そして朝ご飯が最高に美味しかったです。
どうかこのままで、このままの所沢パークホテルでいて下さい。こういうホテルが最近減ってきたように思います。
どうかこの良さをこのままで。また泊まりに来たいです。
