My wife and I spent over 2000 AUD for a two-night honeymoon at this "5-star" resort, and it was a complete disaster.his was not a minor inconvenience; it was a serious health and safety failure. -The bedsheets in our room were visibly dirty and torn and poor hygeine -Food poisoning/ acute gastrointestinal due to poor hygiene, Vomiting whole night. The on-site doctor provided an inadequate diagnosis but still charged us a huge fee -The phone in our room was broken, which was a serious safety risk when my wife needed medical help. I had to run to the front desk for assistance. When we tried to resolve this with management, they offered a minimal amount of Marriott points and tried to blame the "hot weather" for my illness. It is clear they are not taking this matter seriously and NO RESPECT. Do not stay here. It's not worth the money, the health risk, or the utter disappointment.
