The worst living experience we have even been. The room is too small for two people, it is extremely different from the images we have seen in Trip.com. Also the cleanliness is very terrible, many bugs and insects.

The hotel was renovated from a Japanese residence, and the overall environment is okay. The shop owner's ancestors were probably hunters, and there are many animal specimens in the restaurant. The room is quite ordinary. There are two folding beds in the room, with air conditioning and heating. There are public toilets and a place to wash your hands outside the room. The public bathhouse has a hot spring pool of about 8 square meters. The hot spring is quite good.
The shop owners are a couple who are about seventy or eighty years old. The housekeeper is very arrogant, doesn't know English, and communication is difficult. When I left, I wanted to temporarily store my luggage but she was unwilling to do so.
Because the next day was Saturday and the house price tripled, I changed rooms.
It is more than 3 kilometers away from Tokamachi Station. It takes more than an hour to walk with luggage. Taking a taxi is very expensive, costing about 2,000 yen.
