The hotel is conveniently located. When we arrived at the lobby, the staff was quick to give us a print out on how to drive to the car park. We booked a standard room and the room was very spacious and comfortable. I dropped a earring in the room and the housekeeping staff was nice to place it on the table for me. Thank you! I like that the hotel pay attention to details such as providing print out in English on how to operate the air-conditioning/heater and also the TV remote.

Because of the sister building of ”Omura Station Hotel”, it is named ”Nagasaki Airport” after the name. It is a station hotel, but Omura station is far from Chi. It is not in the airport island, but it is called ”Nagasaki Airport” 々 halfway. Is it a burden to pay more than 1000 yen by taxi? Is it a small student who thinks that there is a hotel for travelers in the airport island? There are dumpling shops and convenience stores around, can you stand it if you think it is a transfer? ?

The first impression is that it feels very Chinese. After all, it is right next to Chinatown. The breakfast is also very Chinese-style. There is a bathtub indoors, where you can take a shower. When you go out, you can reach Chinatown. You don’t have to worry about having nowhere to eat at night.

It was a quiet place in front of the station, the staff were kind, and the breakfast was individually packaged because it was a corona disaster, but it was very delicious. The room was also sealed and it was warm without heating. Because it was in front of the station, I was able to shop and eat easily. The transportation was good and I was surprised at the number of buses, but it was a convenient hotel because it was not written on the signboard such as where to go, so it was difficult to find it, or it was easy to go to the sightseeing spot. There were many shops in Nagasaki Station, such as various seafood and souvenirs. It's a hotel you want to use again.

Had an excellent stay here for 3 nights. Location is excellent being just across the road from the JR station. I was welcomed from arrival to departure. The room was large and comfortable ad quiet. The breakfast selection was excellent with great staff ( excellent additional benefits for being a HH Diamond member which was greatly appreciated) The executive lounge was excellent with great breakfast offerings, great afternoon snacks and a great evening snack selection ( probably the best selection in a Hilton I have had for years). The fitness centre is great ( did not try the hot baths) and loved the congestion indicator on the tv. The Seven Seas lounge was fantastic for a evening drink before bed with excellent service Nagasaki is a beautiful city to visit and hope to visit and stay at the hilton again soon

My husband and I wanted to celebrate our wedding anniversary in Nagasaki and we decided to stay at Nagasaki Marriott as hotel was newly opened 3 months ago. The hotel located at a good location, next to bus terminal, train station and easy access to tram so we can just go around the city for sightseeing and cultural experience, but the best part was that hotel is next to a shopping mall where you can find many good restaurants and shops including famous local Nagasaki Castela. Our experience staying at Nagasaki Marriott was beyond our expectations. We were so impressed with how well hotel staff were trained at all areas since hotel just opened not long time ago. We really felt like we stepped into Japanese hospitality for both services and mindset of staff who always pay attention to guests from the entrance of the hotel at ground floor before going up to the lobby check-in with warm welcome and big smiles. Each area we experienced was a wonderful one, breakfast area was well set with variety of foods from local products. We very much appreciated staff working hard in kitchen and also M Lounge was our favorite place to relax and enjoy some dinner served and conversations with the staff. We fell into love with this hotel, not only because the modern designed room but also offered the solutions on how guest could enjoy the room during their stay. But most importantly our experience with staff made our stay such a wonderful and special one. First time Nagasaki. This hotel I chose without any land insight. I was a little worried that it would be noisy when it was in Chinatown, but the result was a great answer. It is not noisy, and the location is great anyway. It was a plan that packed sightseeing in Nagasaki City, so it is no exaggeration to say that it is very convenient to be in this Chinatown and the trip has become smooth. I was able to move easily at all times because I had my luggage kept before and after check-in. The front desk is on the upper floor, and there are amenities there and you can bring what you need. The bath in the room is small because it is a unit bath, but there is a large communal bath, so it is recommended to use it. It was raining, but I also entered the open air because it was a big deal. Check out only puts the key in the box. The only thing I was worried about was that there was amenities in front of the front desk. Even if it is still at check-in, I wonder if I can feel a little nervous to go after taking a bath, for example. Overall I am satisfied.

I'm so impressed with the services here. They took care of us very well and made me feel that they really gave the services from the bottom of their heart, with Omotenashi! We would get stuck on the Inasayama mountain at the observation building up hill because we couldn't find the taxi back to hotel, but the staff helped us by calling the taxi and we finally got to the hotel safely! Pheww~ They are Oldie but Goodie! I'll definitely come back! 👍

I accidentally discovered when I was looking for a hotel with hot bath facilities near the station. Search for today's accommodation price in the hotel lobby.
