Roccafiore Wine Resort & Spa

Second time and will be back! Roccafiore was even more beautiful than I remembered and as usual the whole staff went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. Special mention to the chef who prepared a special gluten free dessert when I was peckish for something sweet! The gardens were particularly beautiful with the roses and other plants in full bloom. Loved it !

It always amazes me just how good some hotels can be. This place is as good as it gets. Lovely staff, rooms, grounds, and the food is quite stunning. The chef is very creative. I’ve stayed in top hotels costing 4 times the cost of staying here such as George V in Paris, Ritz in London and Four Seasons around the US. They’re all great but the ambience, lovely staff and cleanliness at this place are second to none. Would be nice to be able to make a hot drink in your room but that’s a small matter. Impossible not to fall in love with unique places like this and I’ll be telling all my friends to stay here.

Roccafiore hosted our Fairytale wedding Sept. 2023 with 30+ family and friends . Everything we envisioned came to life beautifully. The accommodations & spa so lovely. The food and wine - Perfetto! Their event space felt like we were in a true elegant countryside fairytale. But the best part was the staff! They were there from the beginning until the end, we loved celebrating with them! Ilaria, a favorite place always to us. Valeria, you went way beyond saving the ceremony by retrieving my ring out of the 10ft drop of thistles! Angie, our right arm, eyes, etc. We adore you all and we are all returning! Bravo, Baci Kimberly and Gary

We had a lovely 3 night stay at this resort. The staff specifically Sarah and Luca. Were so wonderful to us. The older blonde not so much. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Only things we could have changed was the shower. It was older, outdated and had some mold. But the rest of room was wonderful. The spa area was fantastic.

A perfect spot in Tody, best food, ambiance and service. gardens and pool, the country views, the vingnards and the area are all very nice and really special. Thank you to the friendly staff for your hospitality and service. This is holiday in italy

Sadly spoilt as we had a car issue the day before and despite several attempts and providing a letter of confirmation from our insurance company there was no flexibility and the manager stood firm on the T&C’s. Also as soon as we notified of an issue there was an immediate hold put on the credit card for payment which felt like kicking you when down and left a bad feeling. Had the stay been moved a day or so we would have actually had a good visit and spent more on food and drink but as we arrived at 23:00 after a stressful day and had to drive 3 hours back for the car the next it was a case of annoyance rather than pleasure. The room had no complimentary drinks tray or even water which is not usual these days and you felt they were just chasing money all the time. I accept the hotel had the cancellation policy on their side but hospitality is not just about making money, it’s about looking after your guests and here there was zero empathy or assistance given so as such we were unhappy with the stay. We did check in line and rooms were available so it was seemingly possible to make that change, I just wonder why they wouldn’t!
