Was able to enjoy none of the amenities because we book off of Groupon which is a site that give us discount.. I felt very uncomfortable..

terrible, my kid’s eyes got infected after playing at the water park. Water is dirty. Not recommended. Waited three hours after check-in for our rooms to be ready.

Check in was horrible, took forever! I had booked a room with balcony and Mountain View and we got a room on the first floor with view to a concrete staircase leading up the outside ground floor.
Room was ok, beds hard and pillows were of poor quality.
On site restaurants are very overpriced

We came to Camelback Resort for snow sports. Unfortunately, they were closed for snow sports due to weather conditions (no snow). We enjoyed the indoor waterpark, it is wonderful; aracade, among other indoor activities. ATV, tubing, roller coaster were also closed, so no outdoor activities were available and it was a little bit disappointing. Hemisphere breakfast buffet was awesome, hotel conditions are great.
Parking fee, resort fee... think its too much!

Went for my daughter’s 15th birthday and I must say from check in to check out everything was fantastic!!!! Wonderful staff and attractions!! Always something to do!!!! Only con I can say is, don’t forget to pack anything because the prices are astronomical to replace anything!!!

Nice place to visit! Clean Rooms and clean waterpark!
No complimentary coffee downstairs or coffee pots in the rooms which i disliked but plenty to buy!
Buffet breakfast is $25 adults $15 kids
Indoor waterpark was great! Theres a few different food options and drink options at the resort or a delivery away!

Fantastic water park, kids had a blast and there was plenty to keep everyone occupied. However check in process was painstakingly slow (even after completing the express check in online), and once we were checked in, we called but the front desk never ever picked up the phone despite numerous attempts. I would absolutely stay again and I recommend this property to other families - but just be aware that the front desk service is not great/ nonexistent.
