After comprehensively reading reviews on Google Maps and Ctrip, I chose this cheapest hotel in Toba. Maybe it was because I expected in advance that this restaurant was old and I couldn't have high expectations, so in the end I felt that the price/performance ratio was very high. This price also comes with hot springs and two pools, which is already very good. Although the hotel is relatively old, the facilities are well maintained and the rooms are very clean.

Japanese style hotel with sea view. Quiet and a great place to relax. The room is spacious. The hot springs are very nice. 6 minutes walk from JR/Kintetsu station and seafood grill. The mall is under renovation, so you have to walk to the castle ruins to buy food.

For dinner, we ate around Toba station. 2.3 minutes by car (15 minutes on foot) Convenience store
It was close and convenient.
I used the hair dryer in the room, but it is a fixed type to the wall. Because it was summer (?), I couldn't hit it with a lot of hot air. A lot of dust was clogged in the back air hole (dryer in the public bath is fine)
The hot springs are just as the reviews say♨️The thick hot water was pleasant and I went in three times during my stay
I reserved a room with an ocean view, but unfortunately it was a fishing port (?)
Service is simplistic, but I didn't feel inconvenienced at all
I decided to go out to visit Ise and have dinner.
It was a very satisfying and enjoyable trip to soak in the hot springs and stay at a reasonable price.
