Ryouri No Yado Ginrin

Yinlin is a magical food B&B. I have been debating whether to write his review. Afraid of attracting too many customers, we only have Japanese customers now. There are basically no foreign tourists. As you can tell from the name, this famous B&B is a B&B that focuses on cooking. The room is very traditional Japanese style, and the B&B has only seven rooms. Although the equipment is not new, it is very clean. The mattress on the tatami is very comfortable to sleep on and the quilt is very warm. You can take a bath inside the B&B, there is also an outdoor hot spring pool, and there is also a bathtub in the room for taking a bath. Everything you need is provided, and the B&B includes breakfast and dinner (drinks not included). We basically didn't repeat our dinner orders for two nights. There are surprises at every meal. Not to mention the delicious taste, the freshness of the ingredients is enough to cover all the delicious flavors. Especially his Tsukuda-yaki sea bream head. The seasoning is really amazing and delicious. The sashimi, charcoal grilled shells, crayfish, abalone are so delicious. Paired with cold beer, or nowadays sake🍶, it is simply an enjoyable gout meal. What a treat. After eating, go take a dip in the soup. After soaking, I went back to the room and the mattress was laid out. You can have a good sleep. The proprietress, 81 years old. She is a passionate boss lady with silver hair. She is also willing to communicate with guests enthusiastically. The landlady doesn’t speak English, so you can use gestures to talk to the landlady. It’s quite interesting. Yinlin’s food, Yinlin’s landlady, and waiters are all worth getting to know and accepting their services. They are humane😊
