It was a good deal when I booked it during a Ctrip event. Toba Aquarium is great. The hotel has a shuttle bus from Toba Station (take a black bus out of Exit 1, which runs about every half an hour, and the latest is 6pm). The room and hot springs are very good, but there is really nothing to do in Toba at night. The hotel's gift shop is affordable and the items are very cute.
