My wife booked the place to celebrate my 60th birthday. We spent there two nights and it turned out that we had the whole place for us alone. Pretty cool, isn’t it.. :-) Very good place it is, some three pools, a restaurant with decent food in a magnificent jungle like environment. We had a suite with all comfort, no TV (certainly not necessary), a big confortable bed, decent wet zone and comfortable chairs. Rooms are equipped with AC and very important, a ceiling fan against mosquitos. People are very helpful. The road to the place is a bit bumpy, some sand path away of a province road full of potholes. I would certainly go there again every time, a truly great place it is..

Stunning boutique hotel with 3 pools and lovely local Hacienda style rooms. The hotel includes a restaurant with good quality food and adorable staff. Highly recommended to escape the searing heat of Mérida and explore the nearby archeological sites

We couldn’t get into the place. We arrived and there was no one anywhere on the property. Didn’t seem like there were any guests either. The reception was completely empty. It was very eerie and we drove far out of our way for this place. We left and had to drive all the way to Cancun. Worst experience with a hotel I’ve ever had. Refund my money immediately please. Perfect hacienda with a beautiful mix of rustic and luxurious. Service was very attentive to all our needs.
We stayed in a detached hut, which was a cool (and air conditioned) place for our family of 3.Two gorgeous pools and a lovely palapa let us cool off in the heat of the day. Delicious Yucatecan food from the restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Amazing birdwatching on the property.
Not much nearby except for Mayan ruins at Ake. But this lovely place IS your escape.

My family and I stayed for a week and we had an amazing time. The service from the staff was outstanding. Alberto, Luis, Jeniffer, Citlali made us feel like we were home, Juanita from the front desk solved every inquiry we had and the manager of the hotel was very flexible and adaptable. I highly recommend this place for a family trip and also to go with your partner. The food was delicious!!! I highly recommend this place

We were thrilled to be upgraded to one of the 5 traditional Mayan houses on the property. Spacious room, large and comfy bed. Big storage and bath areas. Very comfortable rooms! Rooms in the hacienda buildings also looked very spacious. Convenient location just 40 minutes from Mérida and an hour from Chichen Itza. Ake Mayan ruins just 8 minutes away. This is a place to have a rental car. Toured around during our 4 days here but also enjoyed a very relaxing day just on the grounds and at the pool.

Very nice hotel/hacienda with an extraordinary service and great restaurant, with Yucatan’s local dishes. The general manager, and his team lead by the restaurant manager (Alberto) and the hospitality managers (Juanita) made an unforgettable stay for our family; they cared for every small detail and went beyond beating our expectations. The hotel facilities are unique with a Yucatecan special touch. Our family stayed in a suite, a Deluxe Room and a Casa Maya and each room very cozy and had great spaces. We’ll definitely consider this Hacienda for our next trip to Yucatan.

Si vous recherchez du calme, vous êtes au bon endroit! Beaux jardins, belle et grande piscine, maisonettes mayas typiques. On était les seuls hôtes et cela fait un peu bizarre. L’accueil était excellent et le repas très agréable. Pas 5 étoiles car certains aménagements ne sont pas bien entretenus, devraient être rénovés . Un peu loin de tout.
