Sono ospite della struttura da diverso tempo ( 19 mesi, due tre notti a settimana). Ho visto nel corso dei mesi il servizio calare e prendersi poca cura delle mie richieste soprattutto sul sistema di climatizzazione.stanotte dormirò con temperatura elevata ed aria senza umidità. Ho chiesto supporto visto che nell’ altra ala sembra tutto okey e mi è stato detto di aprire la finestra. Che risposta ! Purtroppo ho pagato prima di entrare in camera altrimenti sarei già andata via. E’ necessario prendersi cura dei propri clienti e delle loro esigenze . Peccato !

Non capisco come mai Hotel La Piana abbia SOLO 3 stelle, io ne darei abbondantemente 4! Per la posizione strategica per la visita nei luoghi turistici delle vicinanze, per il confort e la qualità del sonno nella camera che ci è stata assegnata, per il fatto che accettano SENZA NESSUN PROBLEMA cani di taglia media e senza costi nascosti per le pulizie della camera che riguardano il cane, per la colazione a cui non mancava nulla, per la cortesia del personale alla reception e la mattina nella sala colazione. Per ultimo nella mia personale lista, ma non ultimo nella soddisfazione del cliente i prezzi assolutamente concorrenziali del ristorante/pizzeria annesso alla struttura in cui abbiamo cenato veramente bene. Se dovessi ritornare in Basilicata non proverei a cercare nessun altro posto che Hotel La PIana!

Il soggiorno è coinciso con impegni di lavoro e fortunatamente l'hotel ha unito comfort e praticità per gli spostamenti. L'hotel moderno e pulito è immerso nella zona collinare lucana e possiede all'interno una sala riunioni ben attrezzata e moderna. Ci sarebbe la possibilità di consumare un pasto, una cena o una pizza in quanto è annesso un ristorante che cucina prodotti tipici del luogo.

Abbiamo soggiornato nel weekend di Ferragosto nella parte di recente costruzione, abbiamo avuto un appartamento completo, ottimo il rapporto qualita` prezzo, personale gentile e disponibile. Ottima la pulizia ed i servizi. Ci torneremo

Albergo pulito e confortevole. Abbiamo dormito nell'appartamento, molto grande e spazioso per una famiglia di 4 persone, tutto nuovo all'interno, letti comodi, e biancheria pulita. La signora del bar molto gentile così come il personale addetto alla reception. Buona la colazione. Posizione strategica per chi viaggia in macchina.

Tutto ottimo, hotel non da 3 stelle ma da almeno 4. Camera dotata di tutto ciò che serve per godere di un soggiorno tranquillo e piacevole. Colazione servita con il buffet e dotato di ottimi prodotti. Personale cortese, educato e accogliente. Ottimo hotel per godersi una vacanze nelle terre lucane.

Raduno sezionale arbitri all'Hotel La Piana, dove ho molto apprezzato sia la sala conferenze all'altezza dei partecipanti e sia la super gentilezza della signora che mi ha servito il caffè e il cappuccino a colazione.!!!
