The experience staying at the hotel was amazing. The friendly staffs and good customer services. We were facilitated with complete peace and calm. The pool has three sections, which were kids, 4 feet and 4 feet 6 inch, and secured with 24-hour CCTV around the pool area. The pool were also completed with their own toilet and changing room. I love staying here, and I will recommend it to others as well. π₯°

This is my second time staycation at Urban In, Jitra with my family. The price is affordable. The internal design was very nice. Calm and clean. Yeah, the room is small, but it cause no trouble to us. Still comfortable to sleep. There are a lots of shop nearby Urban In. We can choose variety of food selling nearby. Just name it - Pizza, Cake and Pastry, Cloth and shoes, nasi goreng, nasi berlauk ... For parking, we can buy the parking ticket at nearby shop which sell the parking ticket. We can choose either, daily ticket or by hours ticket. As for us, we bought daily ticket. It's only RM3 per day parking.

This is one of the oldest hotel chain in Malaysia since 1995 if not mistaken, great locations at many major cities and places in Malaysia. Staff is working hard to please guests thatβs encouraging indeed. However the only let down of this hotel is the facilities and amenities are not been replaced as owners seemed not interested in refurbishment. This is very sad for me as I do enjoy to stay at Sri Malaysia hotel chain, great location, ample parking space, but the run down facilities indeed a let down. Even breakfast spread is the same over the years, such a low end budget hotel. Hope the owners of this hotel invest and reinvest if not this remarkable hotel chain will slowly wipe out from the Malaysia tourism industry map.
