Location is its biggest advantage. V near to Durga talkies and bus stand, Temple bus stop and temple cottages. Mr.sasikumar, owner and manager, is very courteous, responsive, helpful, flexible and considerate to offer discounts on room price for direct booking. Rooms are just ok, with sufficient space for 2 people. But cleanliness needs improvement. Bathrooms are clean, but fixtures are not maintained. AC system doesn’t work. Vent need to be cleaned. RO Water is available in lobby. Lobby space can be better organised for aesthetic effect. Guests need to be asked to maintain silence in the corridors.
