This is the first and last time to stay at this hotel again. The network is poor, and it is said that there is no personal shadow in the industry. The rice is expensive and unpalatable. I won’t come here to live in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Ekante Bliss in Feb 2024. The attention to detail was excellent - from making our checkin a special experience (think signature Taj welcome) to the concierge (for all the travel and food needs) and the final checkout process (including drop off at the airport). This was all possible due to a fantastic team, special mention to the front office ***ager Mr. Vinoth for making our stay special. We were one of the first families to visit after a change in ***agement to IHCL SeleQtions, and it stood up every bit to the high expectations of a luxury hotel chain. Recommend strongly.

We stayed at Bhimas during our visit to Tirumala recently. Location is central and is easily accessible. Close to railway stations and sometimes railway noise is audible in the room and that I guess should be a problem for most hotels in the vicinity. Internet was average. Rooms were large and clean and comfortable. Front office were responsive and friendly. Restaurant was an average experience and needs improvement both in service and options. Not sure if this is due to Covid but service needs improvement although the staff were courteous but service was very slow. Otherwise it is a good hotel for a quick visit.
