3-Star Hotels in Tirupati

Rooms are okay but location is not good. There is a BIG garbage dump just few feet away from the hotel and it stinks a lot if you happen to go outside. Anyways the whole neighborhood is filthy. Location is near to railway station so you will hear the train horns the whole night. Dining hall is really small and it gets crowded for Breakfast. Staff is also not very prompt on timings, breakfast is supposed to start at 8 am but usually starts at 8:30 am. Food is tasty but really expensive for the quality & quantity.

Very Good Rooms. Good location. Very Good food. Also extremely high service orientation by the team. This is my 3rd stay at the hotel and have been always been impressed with service mindset. The rooms are spacious as well and well maintained

Stay was very comfortable with very good , quick service . Taste and quality of Food was excellent . Ambience of restaurant is very nice and courteous , quick service . Replenishment of order placed was truly speedy

We recently stayed at this hotel during Tirupati/Tirumala/Srikalahasti trip. This is our usual place of stay while at Tirupati and our faith is not misplaced! As noted by others already, I see that this place has undergone a 'significant facelift'. Stayed in a Deluxe A/C room as we were 3 people in a room. The corridor has a new look though still not complete - you can see wires/cables dangling out (couldn't make out what their purpose is). Also the door locks changed to keyless 'touch' fob; wish they had included a 'peep hole' in the doors. Inside the room, there is new 'crown molding' in the ceiling; bathrooms have new floors and wall tiles and 'Kohler' wash basin. Still the potty lids were broken and unhinged. There was a safety locker in the room but it was non-functional. When we checked we were told only the manager knows about it and he was 'on leave'. Quite disappointed with that. Food in the restaurant was pretty good. First night - being Thursday night there was not much rush and the same 'Yogurt rice' came with nice cashew/pomegranate garnishings. But on Friday night there was quite bit more crowd and hence no more such garnishings! Food was tasty overall but wish they had little better service overall (first night they didnt bring our mosambee juice - later we were told they dont have it - but was still billed for it. when we questioned another person mentioned that it was an error that we were told they were out of that juice - quite some confusion). Parking is limited; if you are late checking in.. etc you may have to find parking outside on the street etc. Also noticed that the doors that lead to the main stairs (from the 3rd floor) were locked. This IS/COULD be a significant FIRE SAFETY RISK Good overall.. but hope they can improve on these minor things to improve even better.

Hotel is very good location. Room is very clean and neat. Bed is comfortable and had good sleep. Toilet was very clean and well maintained. Hot water was always available. Aircon was functioning very well. Hotel is secure. Breakfast is simple and lovely. Staff is friendly and helpful. Parking was given within near hotel. Very good hotel if going for darshan to tirupati. Inside the street so use google maps to find.

ALSO EITHER HIMSELF OR HIS STAFF REMINDS US A DAY BEFORE ABOUT OUR RESERVATION. CHECK IN IS SMOOTH AND FRONT OFFICE STAFF ARE VERY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS. THE ROOMS ARE COMFORTABLE AND BED IS VERY NICE. WHEN WE COME TIRED, WE CAN SLEEP LIKE A BABY. THE BATH ROOM IS WELL MAINTAINED VERY WELL AND HATSOFF TO THE HOUSE KEEPING WHO ATTENDS TO YOUR EVEN MINOR NEEDS. THE RESTAURANT IS LUSH AND THE BREAKFAST IS FABULOUS. BUT THE SOUTH INDIAN THALI IS VERY SPICY WHICH CAN SUIT MAINLY TELEGU PEOPLE. SINCE TRIPATHI IS A PILGRIM PLACE PEOPLE FROM ALL PARTS OF INDIA VISITS. SO PLEASE LOOK INTO IT. OF COURSE ALA CARTE FOOD IS GOOD. WOULD LIKE TO MENTION ONE STAFF IN THE RESTAURANT MISS GAYATRI WHO PROMPLY ATTENDS TO THE CATERING NEEDS OF ALL THE GUESTS. ALSO ONE MISS AVANTHIKA. BOTH ARE VERY HOSPITABLE, POLITE AND HELPFUL. WHEN WE THINK OF TRIP TO TIRUPATI, FIRST THING COMES TO OUR MIND IS HOTEL PAI VICEROY, OF COURSE AFTER LORD VENKATESWARA. KEEP IT UP AND ALL THE BEST.

we stayed in best Western tirupati in recent times it was nice stay with us rooms are neat & clean we orderd food also nice tasty & breakfast was filled with lot of varieties with good taste friendly staff with good nature & finally we had a good TIRUMALA Darshan GOVINDA

HI i stayed in Hotel Regalia it is located in hot of the city,the hotel maintained well and good hygine,i felt its like a home atmosphere,the rooms are well maimtained ,here only i saw that the freshnup service is there its a good part and all the people are very help to guide the guests. Food was really good check in and check out process is relly good and we recommanded this hotel for my friends and family members.
