We had a 1 day stay at Hotel Harsha Residency and we had a very pleasant experience. The staff was extremely kind and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The hotel rooms and premises were clean and well maintained. The hotel is close to both the railway station and the bus stop which makes accessibility very easy. Overall, a great stay!

Location close to bus stand. Very good. Room ambiance and comfort. Very good. Hot water 24 hrs excellent. Service staff. Good. Things which can be improved. 1. Wash room floor slippery. Risky for elders. Needs replacement with with non slip tiles. 2. Toilet flush button. Very hard. To be replaced. 3. For people who book room on line with 100% advance payment should be given 24 hours stay from time of arrival (this was denied for us as per present rules.

Stay for one afternoon and night. Location was in a narrow street but ideal for visit to temples and reaching station etc with good food outlets nearby. Service was ok and lift facility available was good. Satisfied with stay for a brief trip. Tariff was ok in a tourist place.
