Not very hospitable. Didn't get breakfast coupons for my 4 year old kid. Had to pay for her breakfast. Had to also pay for water bottles which is usually replaced when consumed. Property is good and clean.

Hotel was great, staff receptionist, amenities, facilities, cleanness- everything was at top notch. Highly recommended hotel. But donot go for breakfast- the food is not good. You have plenty of options outside nearby you can still go there staying in this hotel. As hotel was too good.

Very small rooms, very small bathroom no proper mirror or sink in the bathroom. Very bad room service no towel handling place in the bathroom water doesn’t even come from shower, no proper facilities, the hotel management doesn’t not respond for anything

Room are good and spacious toilets are clean. But lift is not working properly i’ll stuck in lift for 20 minutes.

We reached here after almost 12 hours drive from hyderabad and once we entered the room our tiredness was gone. We had booked a double room and it was really clean and spacious. The layout was good and there were table and chairs, amenities like tea coffee kit, bathroom essentials, water bottles, etc. Already set up properly. Now the most important parts of any hotel room - bathroom and bed. The king size bed was comfy and clean. The bathroom was also super clean with decent lighting and hot water. We did not choose breakfast option but the restaurant on the ground floor was our go-to place whenever we were at the hotel. The food was tasty with just enough spices to not make your trip unpleasant. As we took our car, there is a large open parking just at the side of the hotel which was very convenient for us. Overall, i would again choose this hotel for my next visit. Definitely going to recommend to my friends and family.

Room corridors are narrow. Security is good. Reception very welcoming. Hotel should eliminate beggars from the entries.
