Hotel reception, rooms interior, ac and furnishings are ok. I have changed the rooms from 3rd floor to 2nd floor due to toilet sewage gas not venting properly and stinking and suffocating of our family members, even 2nd floor rooms also. Car parking is provided no one helping us to safe parking.

Very good hotel and very well maintained. Quite quick staff support n good food. Enjoyed the stay. Quite clean and great housekeeping. Just a request to test remotes all in working state, and provide all remotes for devices. Surprise to see, such a good standards following morden hotel, do not have all the channels on satalites enabled, other then local. Could not see my favorite hindi entertainment channels. The best way is to make the tv enabled with all ott platform.

The Hotel is a bit old and requires a lot of maintenance. The rooms are big, but the bathroom is poorly maintained with tiles replaced by just cement. The room service was pretty fast and food also kind of okay. The breakfast was not that great. Overall, I would say the property is expensive for its current facilities and quality.

The hotel is well-located, and accessible. The rooms are very average for 3 main reasons - 1. The bathroom isn't very clean, the toilet bowl was not cleaned, and there's no mirror. 2. The bedsheets and the bed weren't washed. 3. They have a huge mosquito problem. There are mosquitoes literally everywhere. Otherwise, the room's pricing also reflects all of this.
