Tiruchirappalli Hotels with Wi-Fi

The hotel was booked on line n specific rooms were requested a few weeks ago )4 rooms)on line, but when we came to check in about mid night, we’re told there was no ref to online check in and we had to show them proof of communication from our WhatsApp. Front desk is not to be blamed since they accommodated us but got is other rooms, No night duty manager but he she would also be not able to assit due to online booking. WiFi does not work in room( excuse was above 4th floor internet is bad) only clear at the lobby. Room toilets shower room edge on the floor have molds. Towels were brownish white. Receptionist does not give you 2 room door tags Since not policy- plus worst the key tag don’t work once you leave the hotel and return later ( in our case after 7 hrs on the same day)- excuse given magnetic issues if key tag kept beside hand phone. Saw a group about 10 family with kids (last night)checking in at night turn down since it did not register their online checking n booking- was so sad to see small kids & elderly tired but no rooms.- did not know the out come since I just went back to the room- hope their booking was accepted). Break first service is so bad that they are not ready for tourist at 7.30am( as we leave early to travel). Today I asked the waiter to on the lights and he was not too please to do so . We choose this hotel since the service was good for the price and have stayed here a few times before the covid BUT will not recommend any one to stay here if management don’t revert to their hospitality

This is an old hotel and shows its age. Although, the rooms are large, the bathroom fitments are from another era. The air-conditioning was the worst. I don't think the HVAC system has been cleaned or maintained regularly. It was difficult to breathe in the room, with a heavy dank air coming out of the duct. 'Will never stay at this property again.

Daily room cleaning Telephone not audible, informed several times Morning Coffee will be ready at 7 am, unfortunately we suffered Hotel provided all Amenities Including Water Bottles, Dental Kit & Refreshments. As requested they provided Match box, Coconut Oil,... Rooms were neat and clean Very calm place Unable to contact Room service or Housekeeping direcly, via operator we have contacted each & Every time.

Hotel reception, rooms interior, ac and furnishings are ok. I have changed the rooms from 3rd floor to 2nd floor due to toilet sewage gas not venting properly and stinking and suffocating of our family members, even 2nd floor rooms also. Car parking is provided no one helping us to safe parking.

We had a nice stay in this hotel. Everything is great. Staffs are responsible. Front office very useful. They can help with taxi. Rooms are good ambience. Placed in centre of trichy. Spacious carparking. Well cleaned property. I recommend to others.

Recent Stay in September 2024 – Feedback We checked in at 2 am due to a last-minute change after a long journey. Initially, there were no available rooms due to the hotel being fully booked. However, the receptionist was extremely helpful. He made several calls to nearby hotels but found no vacancies. Finally, he offered us a room that had been reserved for a guest who failed to arrive by 2 am. 1. Receptionist Service: The receptionist handled everything professionally. He was very helpful, and the check-out process was impressively quick taking no more than a minute. The entire experience was well-organized. 2. Room Quality: o Suitable for 2 people, with a stable Wi-Fi connection. o The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with basic amenities. Despite being located in the heart of the city, it was surprisingly quiet. o The bathroom was also clean and well-maintained. o Price was reasonable 3. Location: The hotel is in a perfect location, just a 2-3 minute walk to shopping spots like Chennai Silks and Saratha, and very close to restaurants. It's also near Uchi Pillaiyar Temple, making it ideal for sightseeing. I highly recommend staying here!

Excellent for Couples Room Service provided and clearance done properly Housekeeping services are good Provided coconut oil as requested Housekeeping helped us to switch on the TV and changed the channels as we requested-Thank You Personalised liquor service done properly as requested Bellboys helped us at the time of check-in and check-out Got Wifi Credentials, Ms Priya at Reception helped us for the checkout process. Complimentary Buffet breakfast in a calm & open air, had peaceful breakfast with Coffee

The hotel is very much accessible and has about 10 parking space for cars. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and neatly maintained. Well suited for both official and family stay. It has both veg and non veg food and restaurant is neat and clean. All the staffs are very professional and polite. Overall great stay.

In need of total refurbishment. The room was ok except for some reason the main electricity switch for the room is outside of it. On the last morning I was taking a shower and someone must have switched it off so I was in the dark. My room was on the 5th floor and the lift was not working. I took the stairs down in the morning and after that had to use the service lift (no airco and all rusty). The deckchairs around the pool are cracked as well as the cushions. 2 rusty tubes go into the pool. I had booked a room without breakfast by mistake when I went down in the morning I asked how much the breakfast would be. The guy overseeing everything told me it was complementary so I asked again and was he sure about that? 3 times he told me it was complementary so I had breakfast on both mornings but on the 2nd morning after I had taken my breakfast he came to me and told me that actually breakfast is not complementary and that I owed him 840 INR. Needless to say I was not happy about it. When I checked in I paid the totality of my bill so I was only expecting to have to pay the 840 INR of my breakfast. After a long discussion with the receptionist she told me I didn’t have to pay for the breakfast but I still had to settle 1100 INR. I asked what for? And then she told me it was a mistake.

Each time we visited Trichy, hotel blossoms will be our humble home. The service and place is beyond our expectations. All the staffs are so friendly and very welcoming. Wolud like extend our gratitude to few staffs attended us, Mr. Venkatesh, Mr.Dass, Mr. V. Balasubramaniam, Mr. N. Balasubramaniam, Ms.Quila, Ms.Prince Mary , Ms. Virginia, Mr. Sevanthalingam and all the other staffs (didn't get their name). Hope they will continue with their great service. The foods are superb. The rooms are so comfy and clean.
