Best hotel stay in Trichy👌 Staffs are very friendly and helpful, especially chefs Ajith and Alagu, Rangasri and housekeeping staff, Ramu! The location is out of busy and noisy city, which is perfect. They even wished us in a nicer way uwith this cake💕

I would surely recommend this hotel to anyone. The service was good. Especially to the front desk person staff names Srijita who attended to me and my family. She made our check in and check out abreeze. Another staff named Rengasri whose customer service is excellent. Both of them made our stay comfortable and pleasant. We had two rooms and everything was well take care of. I am glad that Marriott has such staffs and should be recognised. My family and I is extremely happy with the stay.

The hotel water pressure is so bad.Breakfast was average. vegetarian only. The front desk staff took cash payment from me while i already paid thru trip.com.I was so disappointed that he argued t trip.com just did verified my credit card only & insisted me to pay cash. After back home ,I go through my transactions and found out yes my trip.com did charged my card already.M using trip for so many years and trip.com never have that ‘pay to the hotel’ option! felt like total scam frm t hotel so called ‘Marriot’ brand.Should trained well the staff before putting them in the role!

Everything was perfect: cleanliness, service and location. The shower head wasn't working well!! Spoilt my stay totally. What's a hotel with no good shower??

The hotel provides outstanding service and luxurious facilities. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, the dining is superb, and the staff are exceptionally attentive. It's an excellent choice for any traveler. Highly recommended!

Excellent service by swatika, onam special buffet food was great starting from starters to the ada pradhaman and the small touches of photo printed on desserts were really unique when compared to the sadhya offered by other restaurants. Kudos and onam ashamsakal

This is Vijayalakshmi from Chennai. We had a wonderful stay with family in Marriott, trichy for three days from 28/07/24 to 31/07/24. This is our FOURTH visit to Marriot since last june. As we are so impressed with their hospitality and they make us feel being part of Marriott family, we are simply finding out a reason to visit Marriott. Beautifully newly built hotel with amazing staff and food. Mr.Ahmed at Tiruchy kitchens and GM of the hotel were really kind enough to help you with anything you need. Special mention of The GM sb who took personal care of every guest,,a rare thing. Will definitely want to visit again to enjoy your hospitality. Just woh and excellent

The staff (Santosh) were very supportive but the coffee was expensive. Live cooking experience was fantabulous. The pasta tasted great. Coffee grounds were super fresh. The dessert section was very versatile. The buffet system was well organised.

We recently hosted my grandfather's 80th anniversary celebration at Courtyard Marriott, Trichy, and couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The event space was perfect, and the catering service exceeded our expectations. Mr. Nagaraj was exceptional in interacting with our guests, ensuring their needs were met both during the event and the lunch buffet. Ms. Pradeepa provided outstanding support with event management, making everything run smoothly. The food was excellent, with the biryani, mac and cheese, and badam halwa being standout dishes. I highly recommend Courtyard Marriott for any family gatherings or events in Trichy.
