After having our flights cancelled we contacted this hotel very late at night and managed to book to stay for 2 nights. We didn't arrive until 1am but the owner waited up for us and welcomed us very warmly. The staff were extremely friendly and very very helpful. The hotel was lovely and clean, very comfortable beds and very close to fantastic beaches and restaurants. If we go back to this area we would definitely book this hotel again. Thank you so much.

I've visited with some colleagues this family run hotel during a business trip. The staff was very friendly and they did everything they could to ease the stay, also making us tables available to work. The room was clean and provided with air conditioning, and it was sufficiently soundproofed from the outside. Abundant breakfast and good coffee, and the beach is just few minutes walk away. Just one negative point: the internet connection was very poor. However, speaking with some local people, it's not hotel's fault, but Telecom Italia's, as the network manager hasn't upgraded the fibre in the area for too many years.

Clean and comfortable with friendly, helpful service and an excellent breakfast, we really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Riviera Blu. There are a number of restaurants nearby and the hotel is a short drive from Pisa Airport. Definitely worth a visit!

We stayed at this hotel with a group of parents for a sporting event and we were pleasantly satisfied. Hospitality, cleanliness down to the smallest detail, friendliness and attention to the customer. All super positive. We will be back again for the next events.

I would say the complex is excellent, structure with attention to the smallest details, rooms equipped with all comforts and always clean, clean and tidy beach. Excellent staff always friendly and helpful. I will choose Hotel Riviera Blu again for my next holidays and I recommend it.

We came across this hotel by chance, following a terrible experience in an apartment in Pisa. We needed attention and to feel at home, here we managed to find them. The staff was simply spectacular, starting from the manager, a friendly and super welcoming person, who made friends with my 6 year old who can't wait to return on holiday, finishing with the girls at the reception and the bar who always smiling and kind. Everything went wonderfully, the cleanliness was top, the breakfast was excellent but, as mentioned previously, the strong point is the family atmosphere and the staff. If you want to feel at home and be super pampered, this is the right place for you!!
