Canteen food, for 1, max 2*. Cold, old, reused, and insufficient, mostly If you arrived later. New Year's music was sad not happy and joyful. Slum attitude from the management. The hotel room, large, spacious, clean, as well as the spa, which is quite varied. Unfortunately, it was a missed New Year's Eve, 2 stars, for 4 stars money.

Nice, big and clean rooms; excelent bufet dinner, good breakfast ( just the coffee is a minus ). Playground for children and large swimming pool. Also the staff was nice, everywhere we went: restaurant, spa, reception, housekeeping. Overall a nice experience and a pleasant surprise.

Unprofessionalism and lack of respect. I had a massage appointment made 2 weeks ago and today when I went, the person at the reception said that another appointment was made "by mistake" in the same interval. He said he's going to "intrebe baiatu" and see what he can solve, but he came back and shrugged his shoulders as a sign that it's not possible and that I came for nothing. I planned my day particularly to get to this reservation, I paid 60 lei for taxi to get there and go home immediately. Disappointing.
