We had a wonderful staying at Troci Hotel! Everything was beyond perfect. Rooms were really clean and supplied with everything that was needed. Also, the hotel staff were so so polite and helped us with everything we’ve asked for. 5 stars also for the manager of the hotel, he was very hospitable and made our trip much more enjoyable by offering us tips on what to visit and best restaurants and even helped us with the transportation to Tirana. For sure we will return here!

A disappointment!!! We booked and payed for one night in AS Tirana, in advance. Once we got there, at the check in, the reception staff told us we had to pay an extra fee which was composed by the city fee and mandatory fee: 20€/person/night. Honestly, this price does not make any sense. This is almost the price for one night! No receipt with the described fees were provided to us! In any moment this was informed in the reservation and this never happened before in any hotel in Albania. After some research on this, we noticed this already happened to other people and the values vary a lot. Watch out for this! Regarding the room, the hotel apparently have 4 starts, but the floor was lifted up due to water and there was only one blanket. The breakfast was super poor, with very few options. The existing options runned out very fast and we had to wait a lot of time for the food to be replaced. In terms of location, its a 25min walk from the city center and its not easy to find the hotel. The internet was good. Overall, not pleased with this choice, and due to the extra fees we are relieved that we only stayed one night! Suggestion for the hotel: include this on the price!

Great place to stay when visiting Tirana. The location is excellent, walking distance from Skanderbeg Square (the heart of the city) but also in a quiet, safe area and not on a major road. There are many cafes, bars and restaurants close by, which is useful as the hotel does not currently offer breakfast or meals. The staff were welcoming and friendly and very helpful. Shout out to Klodi who went out of his way to ensure we had a pleasurable stay. The room itself was well appointed and comfortable with plenty of storage space, a TV, room safe, decent shower and bathroom, good lighting. There was a strong, reliable Wi-Fi signal and well functioning air conditioning, which was important as the outside temperature was 35 degrees + during our stay. The only issues that prevented me from giving a 5 star review was that the room, nice and clean on check-in, was not cleaned fastidiously during our stay, and the bed linen was not changed in the 5 nights we were at the hotel. In fairness, if we had requested a change of sheets this probably would have happened, but it is not something we should need to ask for. There also seemed to be a bizarre issue with the laundering of towels. They were removed from the room in the morning (even when we had only used them once) and not available until the evening, and we normally had to ask for towels at that time. So a shower during the day was not possible. There are no elevators at the hotel, which was not an issue for us, but a consideration for those with mobility issues. Overall, however, I would have no hesitation in recommending the Allure Boutique Hotel and we are grateful for a comfortable stay.

The location of the hotel is in the city center, and the surrounding area is very lively and convenient for travel. Maybe it's a rule. During the stay, passports are collected and placed in a cabinet behind the front desk. As far as the bedding is concerned, the window of our room is facing the square, which is very lively at night~

I stayed here for 9 days. First of all, this is in a great location. Many of the city attractions including the Skanderbeg Square are within 20 min walking distance. There are lot of great restaurants near by including Opa Greek street food, Juvenilia.. Taxis are right across. There are currency exchanges close by as well. Also if you book any tours, this hotel can be selected as a pickup spot. Room was spacious. Only concern I had with the room was the floors were old and the wooden floors were coming off but this was only in room 6. Others seem to have newer floors. Comfortable bed. Unfortunately TV wasn’t working since there was an issue with the cable payment per the staff. Breakfast was good. Every day it changes but you always get croissant, Orange juice and coffee(Latte or Americano or Espresso etc.). Breakfast area also becomes a bar in the evening. Staff were wonderful. I had interactions with all of them. Very friendly people. Overall I enjoyed my stay here and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

It is located in a busy city, on George Bush Street, just like Huaihai West Road in Shanghai, with floor-to-ceiling windows to see the street view. The hotel is a newly renovated old building. It is said to be the property of the sister of the old Albanian king. Only nine rooms are available for occupancy. The check-in experience was extremely uncomfortable, there was no place to put things, Wi-Fi could not be connected, European plugs did not work, and the facilities were incomplete. Breakfast is not a buffet, it is ordered and requires waiting time.

I have visited many countries, and in hotels of all kinds, and at some point I have had to ask for ”late checkout” or what is the same ”late checkout” because my flight back home leaves very late that day. In this case I paid almost €600 for practically 2 nights, it was 3 nights, but the first night I arrived at the airport at 2 in the morning, that is, practically 2 nights, when in Albania hotels are very cheap, but I preferred to grab a Known chain just in case, AND WHEN I ASKED FOR A LATE CHECKOUT OF 2h because my flight left at 18:50 in the afternoon, THEY TOLD ME NOOOO, when the hotel was newly opened and was practically empty!!!!!!!! I THINK IT WAS VERY VERY BAD, I HAD TO BE WALKING AROUND TIRANA AND EAT SUPER LATE, TO BE ABLE TO MAKE TIME UNTIL 4:00 PM when I went to the airport. I THINK I RECOMMEND THE HOTEL? NO!!!!, I THINK OF GOING BACK??? NO!!!!, not only because of this, but because it is far from the center, the hotel's Terra restaurant is very expensive, and look, almost nothing surprises me, but the difference in prices compared to the rest of the city surprised me very much. We ordered some mini Iberian pork chops and an Angus rib and 2 waters to eat, and they charged us €135, when in the ERA restaurant, which is 50 meters from the hotel, TripAdvisor recommends it, and it cost us an exquisite risotto, and 2 Angus T-bone steaks of 1,200 grams with a garnish of mushrooms and vegetables, plus bread, plus 2 waters, plus a Pepsi max, EYE €53, crazy!!!! And everything was very good, so the prices of the hotel are not justified. Is the hotel nice? Yes!!!, is it comfortable??? Yes!!!, it is practically new, it was opened recently, but that does not give the right to be charged 5 times more for eating in its facilities, it is 1 and a half km or more from Skanderbeg square and everything there is What to visit in the capital of Albania. It's really close to the airport. When you go out and turn right, you can see the store name on the building. Crossing the road is the gate (but there is no store name on this side). The hotel space and guest rooms are very spacious. The triple room I booked has a 1.8-meter large bed and 2 single beds. The Wi-Fi signal in the rooms upstairs is not very good. The signal gets weaker as you go up to the sides. The family's original room on the 3rd floor can only be moved to a smaller room in the middle on the 1st floor (actually the 2nd floor). The service was pretty good. The beautiful woman at the front desk was very enthusiastic. If the hair dryer in the room was broken, I informed the room service and told them to call the front desk. After calling the front desk, it was delivered quickly. The breakfast is rich and the best in the itinerary, worthy of an international chain brand.

What a fabulous hotel, it's right next to the Eastern bus terminal. (Literally just below the hotel). It is 30 minutes from Tirana airport and the hotel arranged pick by taxi at a very reasonable cost. The hotel is only about five months old, so everything is very clean and fresh. The room was a good size, bright, very clean and well appointed. The large white bath towels were excellent. There is a shopping mall immediately next door with a supermarket, mobile phone shop (better to buy your sim card here than at the airport). There is also a selection of typical mall food outlets. Breakfast, was quite a spread with something for everyone. The staff were very efficient and friendly. Unlike typical hotels near a bus station, this one was exceptional in comparison. Credit card machine was not working, so we had to pay cash. (To be fair the staff tried repeatedly to get the card machine to work, my card worked everywhere else with no problem). In summary, excellent choice of hotel if you are arriving or departing from the airport and want to avoid going into the centre of Tirana. Equally perfect if you plan to use the Eastern bus terminal for onwards travel. Would happily recommend to family and friends.
