"The apartments were very cute! Everything looked freshly remodeled and modern. Our host accidentally double booked us and asked permission to upgrade us to a larger apartment half way through which was very nice. Also, it comes with a washer and dryer which was a high selling point for us as we have been traveling for over a month now."

"One of the best stays I have ever had, the place is so amazing and I will definitely come back again, and recommend it to friend & family .. friendly welcoming staff, delicious fresh food from the farm to the table 👌🏼👌🏼⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
"Very cozy apartment, situated in a picturesque neighborhood next to the lovely lake. My kids loved it. Close to the zoo and a Luna park, which we enjoyed very much. Recommend"
"Location is great very close to main square. Apartment is nice and clean. Check in may be a bit complicated as the google maps spot is not exactly there (but the door on the small street off the main one) . Check in people spoke little to no English"
"Very nice apartment and very nice person who owns the apartment! It’s a little difficult the first time to find the exact location (because of Google maps) but the person provides a nice how to get there. Would come again!"

"Excellent hotel. A bit outside the city center. But close to the bus station and the 5B city bus will take you to the center for 40 LEK. Pre-arrange a text even the airport though, or you will pay $20 to get to your hotel or to the city. The hotel was a great price for what you got although I believe that the breakfast was overpriced. It was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the shower was amazing and I highly recommend the hotel. A bit odd location, but it was a nice hotel and very convenient if you’re taking a bus to the sea. "
"This apartment is very clean, there is a balcony, the boss is also very good, you can cook by yourself! The equipment inside is very complete, and it is very quiet at night. If you are on a business trip, you can rent a room and a living room."

Amazing
BbergamottoI usually rent with amenities in the room, here there is a bathroom and toilet on the landing, it's not really my thing especially since I have to go to the toilet and it's occupied. Otherwise it's good value for money.

Great
MMASTER-JIMThe hardware facilities are excellent. Just a 1.2m x 2.6m under-hung opening fan shows the hotel's economic strength!
The overall decoration is black, with a dark theme, so that I checked in at dusk and couldn't find how to turn on the light for five minutes.
The software service is even better. From the check-in, they were full of thank you, to the check-out two hours later, they were full of sorry, and their mouth skills were first-class. It's a pity that the three front desk staff were like the white board in mahjong, with expressionless faces: no happy smiles, and no dissatisfied anger. I wanted a room facing south with sunshine, but I was given a room facing northwest. The orientation was wronged, but the weather outside was 5 degrees above zero, and there was no air conditioning and hot air even after changing two rooms. Even the waiter who accompanied me to change rooms admitted that the corridor was warmer than my room. I didn't want to freeze to death in the room, so I checked out decisively. It's hard to imagine such a service, but the overall score is so high.
Fortunately, Ctrip has never let me down and has always been kind and has borne all the losses. It really deserves my trust for more than ten years👍

SSugwonThe location was convenient as it was close to the center of the city. All facilities were clean and the hotel staff were friendly. Breakfast was good and I was able to stay satisfactory for 4 days.

MMassimoI had a night to spend in Tirana between my flights and I chose this hotel: never was a wiser choice!
the hotel is very beautiful and I had a truly excellent room (en passant, the box with the Albanian francs from the early days of modern Albania, from 11/28/1912, is very interesting on that floor);
very friendly and helpful staff;
I used the transport service to and from the airport, very efficient and reliable (20 E each way which is fully within the average for Tirana if not perhaps less);
Unfortunately I didn't have the opportunity to taste the breakfast (included) as I was leaving very early (4.50am) but I was promptly made a good coffee with two pastries;
very good quality/price ratio;
the hotel is in an area of Tirana close to the center and there are clubs and cafes nearby;
I plan to return, and stay there longer, when I have the opportunity to return to Albania which I have now seen for the first time and which has favorably impressed me with its progress and modernity!
GGuest UserSuperb location, friendly staff, and spotlessly clean. The decor was classic and understated. The bed was comfortable and very spacious. The breakfast was excellent, though I might have wished for a bit more fruit. Otherwise, it featured scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, burek, plenty of vegetables and olives, a wide selection of bread and spreads, Belgian waffles, yogurt, muesli, a huge variety of jams, and more. However, there were no extra amenities (such as a pool or a sky bar), just a single restaurant. While that's not a dealbreaker, it's a bit of a shame considering it's quite a pricey place to stay.

GGuest UserExcellent hotel staff. However, the room floors were not properly cleaned at times and the air conditioning was not working for 2 nights. Apart from that, all good. 👍

GGuest UserLovely hotel clean room and warm welcome. Easily accessible as the bus from tirana stops right outside. Lovely breakfast only downside was breakfast didn't start until 8am so we were unable to eat before leaving for the airport
AAhmet>Reception quite unprofessional a bit rude
Breakfast very poor
Parking extra 5 euro which I did not know
I do not prefer and do not advice for next time
GGuest UserThe room was okay and everything but they wouldnt let us use the AC. I turned it on at night cuz my kids sleep better when its cooler, and they came up the stairs and shut the power off to our room. We needed our phones charged for the next day as we had big plans the next morning and we woke up to them dead. Also, on top of no power and AC or wifi, they yelled at us for leaving 2 shopping bags of garbage. Saying she just rents the rooms, shes not a maid. I was unaware that there was public dumpsters on the streets- I thought they were business owned like in the states where if you put trash in it you get fined. She also got mad that I stripped the beds before we left and I think was saying she had someone coming in an hour and now she will have to make them wait. So the whole experience was of that of staying at someones house when they dont want you there. Also I paid a $10 deposit and they didnt return it.
ХХанамThere are a lot of minuses, let's start with the main ones. If you are a blonde, please wear a cap if you go to the pool. I have an ash blonde that I have been trying to achieve for many years, but after their pool my hair turned green. I don't know what they add to the pool!
At the time of check-in, when paying in $ cash, they told me that we accept either local currency or €. I decided to pay by card, but the hotel took an extra $30, I didn't notice right away, but as soon as I noticed, I wrote to technical support. When technical support contacted the hotel, the hotel denied that they took an extra $30 from me. Despite the fact that I have a receipt for payment for $30 more and a bank statement. They denied that they took $30 from me, despite the fact that I have all the evidence. When I personally went to the reception to sort it out, they told me that it wasn't them who took $30, but they should have taken $30 because they were converting from dollars to euros from euros to their local currency and this conversion would cost $30. But supposedly the bank was billing me this amount, not the hotel itself, although the bill itself was billed on behalf of the hotel. I didn't like that at all. There were no slippers in the rooms, by the way, they didn't deny that they didn't have slippers. Very strange behavior from the staff. Their breakfasts only last 2 hours and cost €10, but for some reason the breakfast is extremely meager, it's easier to have breakfast for the same amount in a nearby cafe.
