Неплохой отель, чисто, удобная кровать. Плохо регулируется кондиционер, и завтрак не понравился- маленький выбор еды. Не плохо бы предоставлять бесплатную воду в номер.

Have stayed here many times. The hotel is clean and everyone is so nice and friendly. The breakfast is good and comes with fresh byrek. Hotel is also walking distance to downtown and so many great restaurants. Look forward to staying here again

Hotel Eler in Tirana is a very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Although our bathroom wasn't properly cleaned upon check-in (hair on the floor), the staff quickly resolved this while we had dinner, leaving a good impression. They also provided excellent restaurant recommendations. The hotel is easily accessible by car from the airport, making it convenient for travelers. The breakfast buffet, though a bit limited, was good. A funny detail was having to pay extra for a second cup of coffee for breakfast in such a nice hotel.

Upon arrival, they were very knowledgeable and nice, and some spoke English as well, which made it easier for me! We were greeted outside, and promptly shown our room :) it was so comfortable the bed, and the room is very beautiful and high-tech. Breakfast in the morning was wonderful and fresh and the staff behind the bar was just a beautiful happy face to see you every day! The whole staff treated us like family and helped us with local taxi rentals and car rentals, which is priceless to us so thank you for your wonderful hospitality, and we will be back next time We are in Tirana!! So happy!

Very clean hotel. The service was magnificent, everyone, both at reception and in the cafeteria, very, very friendly...the area is not very central, getting from the center is not very convenient, but the hotel is pleasant. There are no restaurants nearby, and the shopping area is far away.
