Excellent location in the trendy Blloku district. We had a room on the 14th floor with a balcony and view over the city which was fantastic. Bed was super comfortable. The room wasn’t huge but it was immaculate. The breakfast had a good variety of food. The highlight though was the service. Sorry we didn’t get the name but the blonde haired receptionist, in particular, was excellent - very efficient and friendly - nothing was too much trouble.

Very nice hotel, room on small size but was very clean and had everything I needed. Breakfast was good, staff were great. Location was perfect, walked everywhere, would certainly recommend. Why trip advised do I need 200 characters minimum,maybe some of us can do a review with less!

My family and I stayed at Mulaj Hotel from the 28th of July to the 31st of July. While the hotel itself was comfortable and the staff were generally helpful, our experience was marred by an unfortunate incident regarding the parking service. During our stay, the hotel staff assisted us in parking our car. However, upon leaving the hotel, we discovered several scratches on the vehicle that were not there before. I reported this to the hotel, and they claimed to have checked the security cameras but assured me that nothing unusual was observed. Unfortunately, this did not address my concerns, and I am left feeling disappointed with how the situation was handled. While I appreciate the staff’s initial assistance, I expected more thorough follow-up and accountability in resolving the issue. This experience has unfortunately affected my overall impression of the hotel. - "Saad Aljan"

This place is truly close to perfection. Kind, knowledgeable and warm staff, *perfect* location, stunning rooms and view. What a lovely surprise this was! Everything plentiful, smart, comfortable and optimal. The only thing is the hotel would benefit from more common areas, either a rooftop, a pool, or more of a lobby, workspace, etc. But otherwise just fantastic!

I had very little expectations when i was about to check into this hotel. Do not expect spacious lawns, or reception or large corridors or majestic rooms. But i have to say that my stay was pretty enjoyable. Extra super and courteous staff. Gosh they were all young people. For a moment i thought i was checking into a college hostel. The hotel is modern with smart utilization of the spaces. The rooms and bathrooms are just enough for couples and business travelers. I also saw some couples with kids, so this must also have suited them. The breakfast was ok and i cannot complain as i felt it just checked the enough elements required. The location is good as it is a very short walk to all the main attractions and centre of the city. Some rooms have balconies and some dont, so check yourself in with one that has. Its not suited for those who has their cars or come by one. The area has very limited parking.

Very nice hotel in the center of Tirana. Close to everything. Very clean and comfortable bed. Surprised to find everything you need when away from home (toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, shaving cream). Very good choice for buffet breakfast.

Great location. Amazing views of Tirana from our balcony. Staff was friendly and helpful. Within walking distance of all sights, numerous restaurants and bars. Highly recommend!

Fantastic hotel. The reception staff were very polite and I was able to check in slightly early. The room was clean and had plenty of space, the bathroom was in good condition with rain shower and hair dryer. The hotels location is quite easy to find, the entrance is off the main road so can be missed but as soon as you see the sign turn and you will find the door on the right. Hotel located close to the centre, no more than 10 min walk. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
