Conveniently located hotel in Tirana. The front office staff was acommodating and provided ease of check in and check out.
The room was clean and the housekeeping service was good.

It was. Very bad experience from 1st day I had call trip .com international call more than 20 mins and asked them to transfer me other hotel or charge one night and refund two night I had spoken to the hotel as well but no one care trip .com and the hotel too so I checked inn 22 and our 23 so 2 night charge but I didn’t stay hotel very old no balcony back view like Jill
If you want me to continue use u for my future trip refund my two night thank you

The hotel is in a great location. Skanderbeg Square is just downstairs. The room is clean, tidy and comfortable. The breakfast is rich. If you want to go to the airport, there is a direct bus not far downstairs. I was very satisfied with the stay experience.

The location is very good, equivalent to the Tiananmen Square in China. It is very close to various attractions on foot. This is a standard 4-star hotel with rich breakfast. You can have breakfast on the balcony, which is facing the square.
