Had a lovely couple of drinks here in both the day time and the evening. Spectacular views of the whole of Tirana. Beautiful! Drinks are more pricey than other places but you pay for the view and service. Would definitely recommend visiting and seeing Tirana from a great height.

The view was way better than than expected. The staff was nice and kind. Fredi was a great host, he has great sense of taste which resulted into him making lovely cocktails. He even suggested a few, according to my taste. The price is reasonable and the service was fast

To be clear, this review relates to the Sky Tower attached to the hotel, not the hotel itself. It is free to go to the Sky Tower. The 1 star is because of the amazing views over Tirana and the Dajti Mountains in the background. We had the Sea and Earth Tapas. The food was awful, the chicken was overfried, so very dry and chewy. A few prawns on a piece of cold, soft toast doesn't cut it. It was absolutely awful and definitely the worst food we had in Tirana. The service was dreadful. We asked for a menu, and without speaking, the waiter pointed to the code on the table. You can not order from this. Just view the menu. Then you have to wait for the waiter to come back to thevtable to take the order. Despite not being busy, this took forever. Most of the transaction was done in complete silence by the waiter. It was very unfriendly and unwelcoming.

The lady in the front desk was nice ; she offered me an upgraded modern renovated room in the highest floor with a beautiful view on the square The area of the hotel location is alive and around lots of restaurants and cafes and walking distance from the center

The hotel is being restored from outside, but everything is perfect from inside. We liked the service and staff. Breakfast was good as well. The location was central. You could cover a lot by walking. Only one thing was weird, they charged the amount on the card even before we reached the hotel.

Excellent staff. Very clean. Good location. But…..what a shame about silly breakfast rule! Every day, I have cereal and a piece of toast. I don’t have any of the cooked items. I like my coffees. I asked for another coffee. They said they restrict coffee to 2 per person and would charge me if I wanted another one! My friend had only had 1 coffee so he got (a free) one for me. Silly, petty rule!

Decent but not great in any category. Our room was decent sized, though others in our group had tiny rooms. Shower temperature varied a lot during shower. Neighbor flushed a toilet and you felt it! Poor sound insulation to street, and we could hear garbage trucks and other street noise.

Excellent hotel located in the central area, huge rooms equipped with all comforts, friendly staff, continental breakfast with average service, excellent cleanliness of the rooms and common areas. Definitely a good reference point in Tirana.
