Booked 4 nights with booking. Payment in cash, no credit card. Dilapidated room, sink with water leak, insufficient light (without toilet paper and soap). Lack of cleaning of the room. Lack of reception or dedicated staff who can solve problems. When asked for the payment receipt, the owner turned out to be overbearing and rude, after a long time we managed to obtain it. Not recommended

This hotel which has 6 rooms on 3 levels is more mainly a bar restaurant with a superb terrace and dining room, room wise prefer the one on the top floor with a beautiful terrace (number 6) of a beautiful surface and functional. It is true that the rooms are a little shabby and lack maintenance, otherwise it is OK if you do not pay too much for the room (30 euros is enough and also negotiate breakfast included in this price). The large number of young staff are a little lost and must constantly telephone Sabri, the manager who is rarely on site to ask for availability, the price and to respond to your possible requests, concerning the breakfast service, be careful here they do not have the notion of time you will have to wait (8:00 a.m. agreed, served at 8:30 a.m. and again constantly asking what was missing (butter, jam, eggs...etc) it's quite annoying, but you have to Admittedly, the establishment is well placed, in a quiet and easy street for visiting the city. Customer awareness is not a priority at this address.

Un posto terrificante,molto sporco,bidè bloccato,sulla doccia non andava vial’acqua,il telefono della doccia rotto, schisava l’acqua da per tutto,personale maleducato.le brioche erano fredde di almeno 3 giorni fa’,mancava il copri materasso,mi sono lamentata della pulizia,dovranno pulire e invece non avevano fatto niente 🤮👎
