The hotel door locked. There was no receptionist. This is not a hotel maybe should be listed as short stay apartment. Maybe better to revolve the listing.

When we arrived at 7 pm at the hotel, the door to the hotel was closed. We spent a lot of time trying to contact the hotel, in the end a salesman from a nearby store helped us. The hotel did not send us any preliminary letters. The opening hours on the hotel door are from 7:00 to 23:00. No apologies from the hotel. The room itself is quite simple, but the audibility is terrible. You can hear absolutely everything that happens in the neighboring rooms - especially in the toilet.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel, and from the moment we arrived, we were impressed by its prime location, just a few meters from the main square of Tirana, in a vibrant area full of bars, restaurants, and a wide range of cultural and entertainment options. Without a doubt, the location is perfect for those who want to explore the city and enjoy its nightlife, all within walking distance. The room we were assigned was modern and well-equipped. Additionally, the cleanliness and order were impeccable, making our stay even more pleasant. One aspect that really surprised us was the quality of the bed, which was incredibly comfortable and spacious, allowing us to rest exceptionally well after a day of sightseeing. The hotel staff was another highlight, always attentive and willing to offer recommendations, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a pleasant experience. Their kindness and cordiality really made a difference. As for the breakfast, it was varied and delicious. I would like to highlight that it included a typical Albanian dish, which added a unique touch to our experience. Being able to enjoy local cuisine at the hotel was an excellent way to immerse ourselves even more in the country’s culture, tasting authentic flavors that reflect Albanian tradition. In summary, our stay at this hotel was very enjoyable, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Tirana.

Excellent hotel, great location close to Skanderberg Square. Looks nothing from the outside but it is a really modern hotel internally, rooms well decorated and really comfortable, can’t fault it. Local shops outside sell some great bargains. Breakfast included was great, Burek, fruit, toast, boiled eggs and fresh ground coffee. Staff really friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again next time we visit Tirana.

Our little room was beautifully clean with beautifully functional TV, shower, mini fridge and air con. Breakfast was served to us rather than as a buffet, in the little coffee shop downstairs. Our hosts were so warm, friendly and welcoming. Thank you so much everyone. Under the hotel is a quiet little grocery shop which was handy, and open 8am-10pm. Location was superb, on the end of a little side road round the back of the House of Leaves. We were able to walk out quickly and easily to local attractions. There’s also market stalls round the back lane which are friendly.

Positive- —Excellent location. The hotel is very centrally located. It is only a 4-5 minute walk from the Skanderbeg Central Square. The are countless shops, restaurants, pastry shops, supermarkets, etc. just within a 1-2 minute walk away —There is a deluxe feel about the hotel —There are only a six rooms —There was good water pressure —Hot water supply was good —The WiFi was good —Each room has individual heating & air conditioning (remote to operate it was a bit unclear) —Although the hotel does not offer laundry service, they arranged my laundry to be cleaned with the same company that cleans their bed linins —The breakfast served (which was included) was great! Freshly made cappuccino, good orange juice, a small container of cottage cheese, toast with butter and jam, boiled egg, and a plate of sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, block of feta cheese, but most of all, a warmed local feta cheese flaky pastry. I could not even finish everything! Negative- —Check-in was a disaster! It has to do with this being a small hotel of only six rooms, plus it being the off-season. The Front Desk/Lobby was closed most of the day (in reality after 3p, but the door sign says 11p, and the written ******* confirmation says 12a.). I ended up staying at another hotel for my first night after wondering around in the late evening hours. But the hotel made up for it financially and was great otherwise. —The hotel has no web site. If you do a search on Google, there is no direct listing for the hotel - how is this even remotely acceptable for a business in 2024? Hence, there is no way to email the hotel. They have a Facebook account, but they don’t reply to any Facebook messages. The only way to communicate with them i found out is to Instagram or WhatsApp a DM. How is any guest to know this ahead of time? —The hotel is located on a small out-of-the-way street (not a main street) - hard to find. Summary- — I usually end my review by saying whether I would stay at this hotel again or not. I am conflicted about this. First, I actually did stay here a second time, but it was for a free night to make up for the first night I had to buy another hotel because I could not check in. And now that I know the ins and outs of this hotel I probably would stay here again. Everything about the hotel was great except the check-in mess.
