Bad location unless you have a car or willing to use Taxi. Very basic breakfast with repeat itself from day-to-day the same ingredients not just style . breakfast include only one coffee you can’t refill unless you want to pay extra. Air condition is more like a Feb. not really cooling. The location is next to autostrada motorway and there is very little to do around the hotel swimming pool was empty. It’s not really a four star hotel to be, but the stuff was trying to be helpful and friendly.

Can NOT recomend this hotel!! Really bad breakfast, the AC did not work (30 degrees in our room) loud music from outside parties, bad restaurant (the food was not tasty and the staff was slow and not helpful at all), the pool was crowded and dirty and the area around the hotel was only motorway and gasstations.

We stayed for a week at the end of July 2025. I'll list the CONS: - unpleasant spot because a river of sewage flows through and the building smells like **** - they don't leave a large tablecloth per person even if you ask the cleaning ladies (there were 3 of us leaving 1 large and 2 small ones) - we complained that the water we had bought was taken from our fridge (it was 1 am and I have a 3 year old) and all hell broke loose. The cleaning lady REFUSED TO CLEAN BOTH OUR ROOM AND MY PARENTS' ROOM) and left our dirty towels on the floor and the clean ones in a plastic bag, so you can't complain (I don't know why my parents got involved). - we asked for a bottle of water given what happened and they said they didn't have water for a 3 year old at 1 am... shameful. .. - they don't have shower gel - the pool loungers are very dirty and they don't provide towel service. - the pool isn't exclusive to the hotel; outsiders also have access. List of PROS: - The reception staff are all kind and do their job with love. - fabulous bed and pillows.

It looks beautiful in the photos, but it's a filthy mess and stinks inside. I had a rash on my skin after lying on the bed, and there was still hair and debris from previous guests everywhere. When I tried to discuss this with the receptionist, she told me not to be so dramatic.

Horrible hotel! The pool stinks and the "restaurant" is filthy. Flies are on the food. The room was extremely dirty; there were long black hairs everywhere. There was also other guests' food in the refrigerator (spoiled). The air conditioning was broken because it stayed 27 degrees Celsius in the room. After reporting all this and having the receptionist show us to the room, nothing was done! We decided to leave because it was simply too dirty, but we didn't get a refund. We weren't even there for three hours... Extremely poor service, unfriendly staff. Definitely don't book this hotel! We booked it because we had to get up early the next morning to go to the airport. But if you want a few hours of relaxation, you should definitely go somewhere else!

I recommend this hotel. It is very very clean, the rooms are spacious and modern, shower large and clean. Daily cleaning with change of towels and sheets, toiletries available. All the hostesses are super nice. There is a mini fridge in the room, a hairdryer in the bathroom. The parking is secure and free. There is an outdoor pool which is good with deckchairs available, no beach towel loan service. It is 7km from the center of Titane but there is traffic so it takes a good 15 minutes to get there but it is good and quick in the end. If I come back to Titane I will definitely choose this hotel
