The staff here are very friendly and helpful. We had a long day and a mishap with accommodation arrangements elsewhere and New W gave us rooms at a good rate and even though their kitchen had closed… They helped us order pizza from a pizza delivery shop… I think that was called perfect pizza… And it was wonderful… Good size rooms nicely presented…oh and the breakfast was great. 👍 ….. I cannot recommend more highly.:-)

The room was very clean - the whole hotel. The amenities were great - especially the bathroom. The real highlight though was the staff: very friendly, great service and always there! I will definitely choose New W again whenever I visit the city again!

Stopped here for 5 days in June as a lone traveller. Lovely hotel and lovely room (although they have names rather than numbers!) overlooking the mountain to the rear) The centre of Tirana Is about a 15 min leisurely walk although its easy enough to get a taxi.Excellent breakfast and evening meals available. Friendly English speaking staff om hand made it a pleasant stay. Would recommend

I had a terrible time staying at this hotel, New W Hotel. While I was staying there (5 days), I complained to them that the air conditioner in my room was leaking water all the time and it was not working. The whole room was very warm, same as the the temperature outside (30 degrees). They checked and did nothing. They said the hotel was fully booked so they couldn’t change rooms and I have to stay there without air conditioner. At the end I asked for the refund of the whole time staying there. They ignored me and said that the air conditioner was fine. Their services is very bad. Now they told Booking that I never showed up and I have to pay a no-show fee of 175€. 😠

New W Hotel lied to us, saying there's a problem with the water and we have to move to an apartment for one night. That night there was a big sporting event in the city. Since I was suspicious I walked to the hotel to check the room, they had not rescinded my key card. In the room was another guest's luggage and belongings. And the water was now working fine, just a couple of hours after we moved out. When confronted, the manager said it was his things in the room. An obvious lie. They claimed to *********** that we're lying, and will likely do the same here. But we have proof of it, so they won't get away so easily. Also, their car service is horrible. Two times we had to wait an hour for the car to arrive. Even when we checked out and said we were going to the airport. I would stay far away from this hotel, they have no honor.

Its location close to the center, the helpfulness of the employees, the taste and affordability of the food are really nice. I can say that the rooms are the same as those of 5 star hotels in Türkiye. Especially the hotel owner Edmond and Lediana from the reception help you in every way. This will be my first choice when I come. I definitely recommend it.
