Amazing staff (reception and restaurant), very nice spa, in front of the hotel you have the bus station that takes you to city center, on the other side of the hotel there is the bus station that takes you to Durres city at the beach

Immaculately clean Rooms a hood size and Bedfont etc high quality. Staff very helpful, friendly and pleasant. Assisted us when an organised tour didn't turn up. Gave advise on alternative places to visit and how to get there. Drinks not expensive. Lcation excellent for bus station but nothing happening around re restaurants and bars.

The gentlemen at the reception are very friendly, warm and welcoming. One of them took the time to tell about things we can do around and how to get about the area. Hotel os clean, room is amazing..Nothing major to complain about..It is located just around nice cafes, restaurants which is a bonus.

We chose here as it was only 150 metres from the bus station in Tirane. Very convenient and close to some eating places and even a supermarket very close by for supplies for the 5 hour bus trip the following day to Himare. The bed was comfy with crisp sheets that felt lovely. Air con which was quiet worked well. Didn’t use indoor pool although it looked nice.

Horrible. Me and my wife have bought a pack by Europe Travel and surfered prejudice in all senses because it. The dinner, for us, was desgusting and served for just 45 minutes. A little peace of fish and potatoes without any flavor. I don't recomend to my enemy!

We had a 5 day stay at this hotel. Plus: Nice spa area Service minded staff Good cleaning Minus: Breakfast about average for a 4 star hotel Aircondition was not working properly Beds a bit too soft Overall we had a nice stay at this hotel. The restaurant was ok

Swimming pool was perfect, the temperature and water quality were great. The breakfast had a lot of options and they were delicious. Definitely will return there again. There was a small noise from the cars passing on the street, but not to bothering.
