We had a very good experience. Great location, easy to get around Tirana. Room was clean, modern and spacious. Staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was a great selection or pastries, yoghurts, fry up and the spa was an added bonus to the hotel.

The 5 stars are totally deserved by this hotel. From design to aesthetics to cleanliness, everything is top notch. We had booked a suite which came with a balcony which was such a peaceful setting. Breakfast spread was absolutely fabulous. The also provides the guest with complimentary spa services. The street has lots of shopping and dining options. Will highly recommend staying here if your staying in Tirana.

A nice hotel that is situated 10 minutes walk from the main tourist areas. The room was nice but the balcony had a very poor view so we didn’t use it. Breakfast was good, there was lots of choice from breads, fruit and cooked food. We took the hotel taxi to the airport which was reliable and the same price as using a normal taxi.

Great location, has parking. About 10 minutes walk to center, nice big rooms for a 4 star business hotel, great staff who spoke pretty much all languages. Great value. Limited but very good breakfast. Quiet and well maintained, mind you looked fairly new

Excellent hotel, rooms are spacious and very modern and staff are brilliant. The spa was lovely and guests get one hour free use of the jacuzzi and steam room and sauna. Would definitely recommend for a short city break as hotel was close to all of the attractions.

Nice clean and well maintained hotel. The staff was excellent, all smiling and polite. They took reallly good care of us.
We had a room with a balcony, and that was really nice in the evenings. Recommend this hotel. Location is ok if you like to walk like we do.

We stayed in a junior suite and it was very good value and really well done. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We ate in the hotel once and the food was very good. It had a spa that we didn't use but it looked really good. All round it felt like a quality stay.
