Meu marido e eu nos hospedamos há 10 anos na pousada Candonga da Serra. Sempre bem atendidos, porém desta vez foi um desastre. No dia 28/08/2024 entrei em contato por whatsapp para realizar uma reserva. Nossa escolha pela pousada é exclusivamente em função da piscina aquecida . Logo perguntei se estava em funcionamento, e a resposta foi afirmativa. Posteriormente foi divulgado no Instagram que entraria em reforma a piscina, duas semanas antes, mandei whatsapp perguntando se a piscina estaria em funcionamento no dia de nossa estadia, a mesma disse que talvez estaria finalizada. Três dias antes mandei novamente mensagem, e o funcionário Cláudio afirmou que verificou com a gerência sobre o funcionamento e falou que estaria em funcionamento. Enfim, chegou o dia de nossa estadia. A piscina NÃO estava pronta e afirmou que possivelmente no dia seguinte estaria em funcionamento. NO dia SEGUINTE, NÃO ESTAVA EM FUNCIONAMENTO, pois houve um vazamento. Enfim, no check Out , relatei todo o acontecido para o funcionário LEANDRO, disse que eu poderia fazer uma reclamação por escrito, neguei pois não confio que chegaria aos proprietários. Me ofereceu um desconto em próxima estadia, A VIAGEM era em comemoração do meu aniversário. JAMAIS RETORNARIA,depois desta experiência. Por fim o funcionário recomendou que eu fizesse reclamação pela internet. Assim estou fazendo. Fui ENGANADA , MAL TRATADA . Gostaria de deixar público minha insatisfação e o alerta para pessoas que estão pesquisando sobre este estabelecimento. Meu aniversário foi memorável.

Pousada EXCELENTE! Local 100% NATUREZA. Limpissimo, café da manhã excelente, atendentes atenciosos, quartos confortáveis e estrutura em geral muito bom. Muito verde, com água corrente, piscina aquecida e natural.
