Berjaya Tioman Resort exceeded every expectation — a true island gem that combines natural beauty, comfort, and warm Malaysian hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with friendly smiles and a refreshing drink, instantly setting the tone for a memorable stay.
What really stood out was the impeccable service. Every staff member was courteous, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. Whether it was arranging snorkeling excursions, jungle treks, or just offering local insights, the team made us feel valued and well cared for.
If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway that still offers adventure, comfort, and incredible scenery, Berjaya Tioman Resort is the place to be.

The location is really great. The garden view room is are extremely close to the beach too. The staff are lovely. It's such a great place to relax. We Stayed for 4D3N and would have loved to stay longer. 👍👍👍👍💕💕💕💕

Resort has a peaceful vibe, definitely had a good rest. Service was inconsistent, some are happy to help whilst some looked moody. Their spa attendant provided great service.
Some parts could use more maintenance work, as the resort’s age shows. The toilet reeked of pee when we entered the room, i had to clean it myself.

Resort located at Tekek.
Paya have more restaurant / entertainment.
Resort is nice, however there is some run down.
Service is superb.
Expect to do all activity within the Resort.

Our stay was absolutely magic. The location is stunning. The beaches are pristine and water is clear and warm. There are activities for everyone: golf course, games room, pool tables, swimming, scuba, snorkeling, fishing and more. We took advantage of the great conditions for snorkeling and managed to see young sharks and turtles. The garden chalets are clean and comfortable with air conditioning and the grounds are beautifully maintained. Most activities are within waking distance but they have open carts to transfer you around the resort if you so choose. Transfers to/from Tekek jetty are also included. All the staff went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. Thank you Adriana and everyone at Berjaya Tioman Resort for a once in a lifetime trip.
