NOT RECOMMENDED. I had booked from the Netherlands, in a rush, but I already found it strange that there were no comments on their official website! I relied on the photos on the site and I made a big mistake! My daughter went online and warned me that according to the comments on Google... there were supposed to be bedbugs at their place. As my daughter suffers from a fairly pronounced dermatological allergy and I didn't want to take any risks, I immediately tried to cancel my two-day reservation in vain! So we tried to go there anyway and try to find a solution. At 1:45 p.m. we arrived: At reception they wouldn't listen! I confronted them with the comments on the internet. The lady said that the bedbugs were indeed there but last month!.....While we had read in the comments that it was a week! In short, the place is inhospitable and seems abandoned. Apparently, it's rented out to refugees. This may be plausible, as we spent a long time waiting for the receptionist; for two solid hours, we didn't see anyone show up at the desk. We finally left the place and went elsewhere.

I know this was a one night stay on a coach trip just passing through but the room was so small you could not walk in the door past the bed without opening the door fully. The breakfast was basic but very good but he room had no Wi-if connection. Very basic hotel

Hôtel à fuir absolument ! Nous nous sommes arrêtés à l’Enzo Hôtel Kyriad de Reims en pleine nuit, épuisés après un long trajet. Nous avons réservé via la machine automatique à 5h du matin, pensant pouvoir nous reposer quelques heures… Mais quelle horreur au réveil ! La chambre était infestée de punaises de lit, avec des draps tachés de notre sang à cause des piqûres. Nous avions le corps couvert de boutons, c’était une expérience abominable. Nous avons immédiatement signalé le problème à la réceptionniste qui nous a promis un remboursement. Mais ce n’était que des promesses en l’air ! Cela fait plus de deux mois que nous réclamons notre dû, mais chaque semaine, c’est le même discours : « Nous avons fait remonter l’information à la maison mère, ce n’est pas de notre ressort ». Une mauvaise blague… Un hôtel qui se moque de ses clients et qui ne prend aucune responsabilité. Honteux ! Je déconseille vivement cet endroit si vous tenez un tant soit peu à votre santé.

Eravamo di passaggio in moto e abbiamo scelto questo hotel perché dichiarava “parcheggio sicuro”. Purtroppo mi hanno rubato la moto. Siamo dovuti rimanere un’altra notte che ci hanno fatto pagare regolarmente, senza offrire un caffè o semplicemente porgere delle scuse. Pessima esperienza!!!

Bon hotel avec une déco de formule 1 , le réceptionniste au top ,pour sa gentillesse , la chambre correcte ainsi que La salle de bains, le matelas à changé. Nous reviendrons sûrement avec plaisir. Bientôt des bornes électriques

Hôtel ambiance sport automobile italienne, c’est le nom qui veut ça, ce qui n’était pas pour nous déplaire. L’accueil était parfait nous avons étés placés au rez-de-chaussée dans des chambres mieux que celles réservées grâce à la gentillesse du jeune homme à l’accueil et nous le remercions à nouveau. Pour le reste, les chambres très propres, très grande douche à l’italienne, bonne literie. C’était parfait et nous réserverons de nouveau si future visite dans la région

Chambre petite mais literie confortable, de la moquette au sol qui demanderait à être changée, sinon personnel très accueillant et réactif en cas de soucis ! Notamment sur un problème de réservation. Environnement plutôt calme

Situato alla periferia di Reims nel quartiere dei centri commerciali per noi era sufficiente per un pernottamento tranquillo in vista del ritorno in Italia il giorno seguente. Personale alla reception accogliente, hall caratterizzata dal tema Ferrarista e formula 1 ( c'e' una Ferrari nella sala colazione e tutto l'arredo incorpora pezzi di automobili). Le camere sono accoglienti e dotate di ogni confort, Bagno piccolo ma completo. Silenziose e adeguate al prezzo proposto. Buona copertura wifi. La colazione continentale si e' rivelata consona alla categoria e a buon prezzo. Per chi cerca la sostanza un buon compromesso tra qualita' e prezzo.

l'hôtel est en dehors de la ville, une voiture est indispensable . Le petit déjeuner est correct, le repas du soir complétement raté, et les chambres fonctionnelles mais impersonnelles. Très bien pour une nuit mais pas plus
