The description of the hotel on the different platforms seems to be wrong and misleading. In best case missing information. First of all the size of the room in our check in confirmation was a totally different story than the room turned out to be, and what we measured. The kitchen was not equipped for use other than th glasses and a working fridge. It had one knife, and no spoons. There is a need to plan showering and use of bathroom as you need to heat the water for 30 minutes before you take a shower, the water pressure was very low, and the shower is only a hand held. In other words, not very modern nor according to 4 star hotel. The building and apartments are overall dated and it did not meet our expectations at all. Terrible value for money, as the price we paid was for a 4 star suite. We received a refund from the company we booked from, however the most important thing here is that information about hotel and suites are changed, so that any potential guests get more realistic expectation to this hotel before arrival.

I'm sorry if the suite did not meet expectations, but there was no misrepresentation in the photos or the size. Regarding the kitchen equipment, no such report was made during your stay to complete the equipment. Regarding the water pressure, we recognise it was part of a broader challenge on the island during the busy summer months, often just for a few hours. The good news is that the water provider has upgraded the system significantly. While things are much improved, it’s true that on small islands like ours, water pressure can occasionally dip. We're always on hand to manage these rare instances and minimise inconvenience. Despite these issues, we understand your dissatisfaction. As a gesture of goodwill, we offered a refund, even though our cancellation policy, which you accepted upon booking, does not require us to do so. Given the circumstances, this was a fair resolution. We hope this clarifies the situation, and we appreciate your understanding. Please know that our commitment is unwavering, and we always strive to provide our guests with the best possible experience. We deeply regret that this was not achieved during your stay. We had a great stay at this wonderful hotel and I would highly recommend it. It’s well maintained, clean and the service is excellent. The breakfast was always freshly prepared and very generous. Antoni manages the place extremely well and is always available to address any concerns as well as offer advice on places to visit and restaurants to recommend, the epitome of Greek hospitality. The hotel is located a few minutes walking distance from the port, 10 minutes from the church of Panagia Evangelistria, cafes, restaurants etc. I did not need to rent a car to explore the other local towns in Tinos like Pirgos and Panormos (which I highly recommend) you can simply take the local public transportation just a few minutes walk from the hotel.

We spent three comfortable nights at Tinos Resort Hotel, located in a quiet square a very short walk away from the port and town center. The suite was large, bright, well-equipped, and modern. Breakfast was generous. Antony is a gracious and attentive host, with helpful suggestions about restaurants, places to visit on the island, etc.

We stayed in a most wonderful suite at Tinos Resort. A last minute change to our plans meant we needed to find accomodation, we were very fortunate that Anton could assist us with a lovely suite. We stayed for 4 nights. The bed was really comfortable. Anton was welcoming and gracious, he was an amazing host, so helpful and generous. The suite was large and airy, very clean with all the facilities we required and with a view to the ocean . It was just perfect for our stay .The pool and surrounds were a lovely respite after a day of walking into town, which was not far. Anton thank you so much for your advice on where to visit, your local knowledge really added to our enjoyment of the island of Tinos, the map and your suggestions were all followed and we really loved the restaurant suggestions and attractions. Thank you Anton, our luxury suite and your wonderful care of us made our stay so much better.

Where to start? This was the best place we stayed whilst island hopping with my sons in greece. It was home from home. The beds were amazing, the bed linen was high quality. Decor and art work is beautiful. The owner is the most beautiful kindest man. He told us where go over the island, the best places to eat. Our ferry did not depart till 4.30pm and he put us in another suite which did not have a booking till we needed to leave.

Easter 2022 i have spent in Tinos island and have spend a few days at the Tinos resort . The views from the room were spectacular and the suite we had was spacious and stylish furbished providing a romantic atmospheare of Tinos of the past but with todays comfort . I did enjoyed the infinity blue from the comfortable couch of the living room .The apartment was well equipped althought we never cooked there ,very clean and the beds were very comfortable .The owner was very helpful and polite always around .They also serve breakfast with home made local delicasies .If you need a quiet lovely small place away from the crowds but in Town you may visit the Tinos resort .

Fantastic family run hotel within walking distance of the port. On arrival greeted by the lovely Anthony who helpfully explained everything we needed to know (and more) about the island. Fantastic room on the second floor with stunning views over the Aegean. Amazing breakfast made by Anthony’s mother and family and served to us by the pool. Out of a long trip round the Cyclades islands this was by far the most generous and home cooked food we had. Very comfy bed. Hospitality 10/10 throughout. Would not hesitate to return and highly recommend to all. Thank you so much for making us feel so welcome.

Very nice,comfortable,nice-decorated and relaxing suites in the centre of Tinos town.The staff was really helpful and willing to give us instruction as to where to go,eat and drink.Great experience as a whole.I will totally go there again.

A one-week family stay in this resort. An incredible welcome, kindness, crazy service, we are often used to traveling to Greece but here I must say that the experience we had went beyond our expectations. A magnificent hotel, quiet, very well located, impeccably clean and a very beautiful swimming pool area, the people at the hotel will take care of you, with a breathtaking breakfast and very touching attentions 😍. I really recommend this place where calm and serenity reign supreme. Thanks to Antoine his mother and his team for this experience and this stay in Tinos which will remain engraved. Great welcome from Antoine who took great care of us during our stay. Personalized breakfast and little touches. He, his mother and his team are very pleasant and extremely kind. The hotel is very well located a stone's throw from the ferry arrival port, as well as the center of Tinos Town. I recommend it.

Exceptional hospitality in the Signature Sea View Suite (2nd floor). The suite was very comfortable and tastefully decorated and Mr. Antonis friendly and helpful. View of the sea and the new port on one side and the beautiful neighborhood with its houses on the other. Center away from the center, with quietness but quick access on foot to the heart of the movement.

Nice property with swimming pool, close to the port. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with kitchenette, air conditioning, wifi. Daily cleaning with change of towels and sheets. The owners, Antonio and his mother, are truly welcoming people. Antonio speaks Italian perfectly, he gave us many suggestions for visiting the island and helped us with everything. We would happily return!

Well located hotel not far from the ferry port and the city center. Nice view from a double window with balconies overlooking the sea. Very quiet apartment (end of April - beginning of May). Large suite (many beds, sofas, armchairs), bright and well maintained. In this off-season period, for the kitchen, all I had to do was ask for the cutlery and utensils and they would be brought to me quickly. Generally and consistently, the owner, Antoine, is a very generous and very helpful person: map provided, lots of good advice on the most beautiful villages (and others) to see, good restaurants; The very copious breakfast, very appetizing and adjustable according to our tastes, was brought to me each time (privilege of having been the only one present in the hotel?) at the desired time. The owner, Antoine, even helped me and accompanied me with my heavy suitcase when I left to take the ferry. It's a shame that I don't know more English, the conversations with the kind host would have been even more enriching. I therefore highly recommend this hotel for a good stay, short or long (7 days for me), in season (there would then be the swimming pool available), as well as out of season.
