We reserved a two night stay back in April, but on the date of our first night, our ferry from Naxos to Tinos was cancelled due to extremely high winds. As soon as I found out, I emailed the hotel and followed up with a phone call. The woman at the reception desk was rude and aggressive. She argued that the weather on Tinos was fine. She also insisted numerous times that I cancel the reservation online even though that process would not work due to proximity to the dates. Finally, I asked reception at our hotel on Naxos to speak to this woman, and she immediately admitted that she herself could cancel the reservation without issue but that she would charge me for one night. In 40+ years of travel to Greece, I have always found hotel owners and managers to be pleasant and professional. In the case of weather, it makes sense to be considerate of a potential guest's needs. I'd love to get to Tinos the next time I go to Greece, but I do not recommend the Nama due to this very unpleasant experience.

Kleine kamer, badkamer piepklein, veel lawaai van waterreservoir, bedrogen met city taxi (receptioniste rekende 5€/persoon/nacht aan ipv 5€/kamer/nacht en gaf geen betalingsbewijs. Zeker geen aanrader. Ligging wel centraal om Tinus te bezoeken. Desondanks never again...

Φοβερό ξενοδοχείο, πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, εξαιρετικό πρωινό. Ο κ.Οδυσσέας στη ρεσεψιόν μαζί με τη κ.Μαρια ήταν άψογοι （και όχι, απ' ότι κατάλαβα δεν ηταν οι ιδιοκτήτες αλλά υπάλληλοι!）. Και η κοπέλα στο πρωινό -που κακώς δεν ρώτησα πώς τη λένε- ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικη και όλο γλύκα!!! Μας έδιναν φρούτα να πάρουμε μαζί μας απ' το πρωινό για το μωρό που είχαμε μαζί μας και μας επέτρεπαν να πάρουμε και τον καφέ μας στο δωμάτιο να τον πιούμε στο φανταστικό μπαλκόνι με θέα το λιμάνι. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα. Δεν έχω πάει ποτέ σε νησί, στο κέντρο και να έχω μείνει σε τόσο αξιόλογο ξενοδοχείο.
