We chose Living Theros together with our friends for our wedding. Panagiotis supported us incredibly with everything we needed. Our stay was excellent ! luxury rooms, wonderful breakfast, and magical view. The three days of our wedding, including the visit to the Balis Winery in the village of Arnados and the amazing tour Panagiotis gave us, will remain unforgettable. A truly special part of our wedding journey was the blessing of our marriage at the Catholic Church of Kyra (Kyoura) in Kardiani — a deeply meaningful and emotional moment for us.

A wonderful experience in a magical setting! Living Theros is a beautiful and serene retreat within the exceptionally lovely village of Kardiani. Our host Panagiotis greeted us with such kindness and personal attention - sharing details about the village and surrounding area and offering assistance for anything we might need. Our suite was roomy, nicely designed and well appointed, and included a wrap-around balcony with incredible views of the village and down to the sea. The breakfast was authentically Greek, delicious and filling. Our requests for early check-in and a bottle of terrific Greek wine were enthusiastically met. Every aspect of our stay was absolutely terrific. Highly recommend!

Just spent 2 days at Living Theros Luxury Suites. Panagiotis (hotel manager) was a great host. He greeted us with open arms and explained everything we needed to know. Breakfast was fine, not overstated and a great start to the day. The hotel itself is in the village of Kardiani with a couple of restaurants in the vicinity, one of which, To Perivoli ‘tis Kardianis serves great food and had great views. There are a couple of other restaurants that are 20 minutes or so from hotel by the sea, but not easy to reach via foot as down the hill. Overall I would recommend this hotel especially if you want to escape everything and just enjoy the views and the hospitality.

We booked a small room at this location and arguably was too small for us (two big cases - packed way too much!) but was comfortable and clean and came with a beautiful terrace with a great view that we utilised a lot We arrived out of season so was really quiet and loved that around the village The staff were lovely! All really friendly but particularly dozia and pan who we loved chatting to We did not book a hire car as we thought the bus service would be sufficient (we were wrong) and dozia was kind enough to give us a lift to Tinos - going above and beyond her role A perfect place if you want to stay somewhere atmospheric and definitely romantic This is a lovely area and the staff really make the place an even better experience

Wow. What an incredible place. Unique decor, breathtaking views and a host that couldn’t do enough for you. Panagiotis was generous, passionate about Tinos and extremely welcoming. This truly is a special, ‘once in a lifetime’ location. From the extremely comfortable bed, the huge shower, to the incredible balcony - there is no reason to leave the room!

Excellent 3 night stay. The hotel is located to a very nice place with sea view. Although the car parking is not close, they helped us with the luggage. The room was clean and they kindly called us before arriving and before the official time to enter, that it was already ready and that we could enter earlier. The room decoration as well as the matrices simply excellent. The room served breakfast was complete. We felt very welcomed with the personal. like visiting family; they helped us a lot with the island's history and "must see". Certainly 5 stars.

I stayed here with a group of friends (4 rooms total) and we all absolutely loved our experience here! You have to park at the entrance to the cute village at the top of a hill, but the hotel employees met us at our cars and brought our bags down for us. The rooms were each very unique but absolutely gorgeous. You could see how much thought had been put into each one and they were well stocked with amenities and very clean. They also provided us two large water bottles in each room each day for fresh drinking water. Breakfast each morning was brought to our rooms (or terraces) in a little basket and consisted of fresh Greek food and varied each morning. The staff were very friendly and made sure we had a comfortable stay. It was a little bit of a walk each day to get to our cars from the hotel, but it was only about a 10-15 min walk through a cute Greek village, so not bad. There's also a fantastic restaurant about a 3 min walk from the hotel in the village that has great views over the sea.

Such a lovely hotel in the most beautiful village of Tinos. Bedrooms were very comfortable, beautifully decorated with a very spacious bathroom. They had all the amenities (mini bar, bottles of water, coffee & tea, slippers and robes, etc.). The location was a small minute walk form the parking, with a fantastic view. Very quiet and serene! The bed and pillows were very soft and comfortable. They offered us breakfast in our room, which was such a fantastic idea. All handmade, with freshly squizzed juice! It came in a traditional wooden box, at the time we requested. Staff was very friendly, eager to help and accomodate our every needs. We were very very happy!

Ubelievable, breathtaking views from our private terrace. Sheep, goats, nearby bells ringing in pitoresque Kardiani village. We have never before met such kind of kindness. Very fresh breakfast from local farmers, each day different and each day delicious. At the beginning Mr. Panagiotis asked, if we have som intolerance, so they can do some adjustment according our wish. We love greek joghurt with thyme honey and halva. We really appreciated all the details from breakfast ceramic service to small black towels for make up. We also received tickets to marble museum for free. I believe, we will have the opportunity to come back in Living Theros again so can admire magic Tinos.
