The moment you step into the hotel, the design really stands out. You can tell the team put a lot of time and effort to make sure this hotel stands out from the rest. And they did a great job. The design feels Greek, but but your typical Greek design you see everywhere. Really well done. We booked a room with an infinity pool which came with a large terrace. Super comfortable and spacious and loved the seating outside where you can relax. The hotel’s beach is also great. We loved it so much that we decided no need to go to other beaches on the island. Super clear water with areas you can snorkel. Good overall was great. Service was also 5 star with friendly staff ready to help and also give their own recommendations. Only slight issue I would say is the ac in the gym was not working that well when we were there. It felt a bit stuffy.

We have been to this hotel for 4 nights in August, the property is amazing, but unfortunately in the room we have received, when it is windy (and in Tinos this is often the case) it is impossible to rest and sleep because of the noise through the door and door clapping. This is a pity, also because all the staff seemed to know that our room was extremely exposed to wind (n* 419). The breakfast was excellent in quality and variety, service was outstanding too! Same for the restaurant where we enjoyed really good dinner and service. Most unpleasant moment : check out was done by a blond lady who did not ask anything about our stay. Moreover, when we asked if the special discount (20% as associate) has been applied to the restaurant bill, she insisted that it was the case, even though it was obvious that it was not applied. When we asked again, she clearly showed, without checking, that she did not want to waste time and confirmed it is all automatically applied, in an unpleasant way. Once left, and since we were convinced that the discount was not applied, we wasted our time writing to the reservation office so we got this problem fixed (bill corrected). All this could have been avoided if we had someone else in the check out who would have left us with a less bitter feeling.

An exquisite hotel providing a peaceful and relaxed stay. The staff were all very polite and accommodating to our requests. The breakfast was amazing and the there are also various optional warm dishes available. The food in the beach bar was excellent and it varies on a regular basis. Overall this is a hotel to relax and unwind. I highly recommend it.

A clean serene hotel. Very good aesthetic and energy. I enjoyed the everyday yoga lessons and I used the gym a lot😁. Also try the cocktails from the bar!

We booked a sea-view room and the room was actually partial sea-view. 90% hill view and 10% sea-view. We immediately asked for the Manager of the Hotel, Mr. Ioannis Liakopoulos and he never showed up !!!! unbelievable.... we were only approached on the third day by the Front office manager (Ms. Vicky) who was there only to hear our complain, she couldnt do anything ofc, because the hotel was fully booked. the room was fully paid ofc and obviously, no one cared. They didnt even bother to send a bottle of wine maybe ? some fruits ? something to compensate for their f... up.... Mr. Ioannis Liakopoulos you are doing a terrible job, not only because u dont speak to ur guests when you pass by them, but because your attitude shows that you do not care whatever happens in there. Actually, you are in the wrong industry. The Hotel is perfect, food is very nice, service is ok. SO, next time (if any) pls ask for Pictures of the room you are going to stay, cause these guys are not reliable at all.... Finally, there is a guy there called George. he is something like F+ B manager.... Very Social.... Very Friendly, with a very nice approach... he will do everything for you and you will be super happy by his service because he loves what he is doing and am sure you will love him... He should be the General Manager of the Hotel.... If George was the face of Odera, the hotel would experience great times....
