The Hotel Receptionist initially informed me that I only booked one room, not 2 rooms. This caused unnecessary controversy and delayed check-in by about 10-15 minutes. Staff here has a very poor attitude. Since check-in, the staff has already wanted to chase guests. Never seen any 4-star hotel with poor service like this. Need more training for staff about service attitude. I have experienced a lot of different hotels and also doing in the service industry but can't be sympathetic. Definitely not coming back.

For those who like me just take a step before starting the road, then it is well located. For those who want to go to the beach it is less! The hotel is located in a petrochemical complex, with gardens in the entrance of the site, streets and housing buildings. The rooms are large and well equipped. Stube office. Placards. Balcony. Good littery. There is even a rescue kit ! The Wi-Fi is not terrible and the neon lighting is rather violent !

The location is a bit far from the facilities, only at 8:30 breakfast has run out. On the day of check-in, the room is smaller, everything is degraded

I have been guest at the hotel for several months. The hotel is relatively new and the rooms are clean and air-conditioned. My reason was professional. At the beginning, there was a lot of strange for me since this was my first Asia - stay. But I have to say: came as a stranger went as a friend. The reception was always very friendly. Mrs Hue was always thought of helping and making the stay as pleasant as possible. Just if you don't know yourself it's very helpful if you have a contact partner that continues. Thank you very much to Mrs. Nhat. English is not a problem here and you get into contact with people quickly. Whether in the restaurant or at the bar all were very struggling to make one stay as pleasant as possible. Finally, I would have a wish to give the beautiful pool a little more view and wind protection.
