Went as part of 3 day desert excursion. Room was lovely, and so nice to get in the pool on a starlit evening. Food great., sent menu as part of excursion Only here for one night, but would return. Hotel.clean and we had one of the recently refurbished rooms. Air con was great too

My wife and I stayed at this property one night. Unfortunately, it is the only property for those breaking journey on the way to a desert camp. Don't be fooled by the pictures on travel websites! The rooms need refurbishing. Service was OK and dinner and breakfast were acceptable - nothing great to write about.

Perfectly acceptable basic note for 1 night. Clean bathroom, slept well albeit on a hard bed, and acceptable breakfast. Perfectly fine for a 1 night stopover. This was part of a 3 day organised excursion from Marrakech to the sand dunes at Merzouga.

I went into this hotel with an open mind. We were booked by the tour company doing our three day trip to the Sahara. The grounds are nice and that is the primary reason for my rating. The place is creepy. Upon Entering the room a large crawling bug greeted us. I got past it - barely. The place is dated and the bathroom is bad. A new shower curtain free of mold would help. The dinner and breakfast were fine. Time spent out of the room was fine. They do have a bar which helped during our stay. They said only cash, but when I checked with the front desk, suddenly you can charge to your room and pay with a credit card. One night was enough. No plan to return.

I don't know how did this place get a hotel status. It doesn't meet the minimum decent human criteria for people to stay in it. We were brought here by our agency with a 3-day dessert tour, so we didn't have a choice but to stay here. We didn't have bed linen and sheets on our beds. The room, bathroom and tables were really dirty. Shower curtain needs to be replaced as soon as possible, it is half black because of the dirt. The hotel is up on a hill, with suspicious looking neighborhood around it, we didn't dare to walk to the town at night after dinner. Dinner was modest, we had to divide 5 portions of meals between 9 of us in the group. I was hungry after it, but there is nothing around the hotel to buy food so I stayed hungry till the morning. We couldn't use the pool because it is outside, and it is cold at night, it was even raining a little.

Impressive hotel, large pool sadly water too cold to swim in! Fantastic vista from the hotel and balconies. Bar area, small souvenir shop. Breakfast basic, rooms comfortable. Central to town, cafes, restaurants, shops all within easy walking.

Building work/major upgrade in progress. Useful location to visit the Todra Gorge ,but a bit on the edge of the town ,especially dark ,chilly winter evenings. Pool area (in warmer weather!!!) really good. Spacious.( I did stay here in Sept 2014, also on a group tour. ) Good WiFi. all areas Heating good .Spare blankets clean. Natural light in room good. Bath. Hairdryer at reception. No lift. Breakfast basic ,mainly pastries and bread but local honey and locally produced thick yoghurt. Weak coffee. No hot food for cold days. Will launder your items in house ,return same day!

Decent hotel , has a Resturant , morning breakfast was standard continental like , cheese here is good , but the location is good to do the Todra gorge walk , staff are polite and good , negatives : tired and worn could do with bit updating the bathrooms and paint the walls .

We stayed in room 218 on Monday 1st of November 2022. The whole experience was awful. Most IMPORTANTLY we found a grey MOUSE during the early morning in our room searching our luggage!!! Before this incident our impression was not better because of the following facts: 1) we found white stains on the coverlet 2) we found human hair on 1 pillow and a stain on another one 3) there were dead flies on the floor 4) the floor was not clean. Dried sticky hair were found Apart from the above, in the restaurant area 2 birds were flying over the tables (we ate there twice -dinner and breakfast- and the birds were always there). Someone could find this romantic, but it is highly anthygienic. Moreover, during breakfast, flies were found floating and stuck in the marmelade bowl. Awful experience.
