Guest booked and paid for a superior room, but hotel claimed they only got booking for a standard room. Was told they had no superior rooms available too.
So they put guest in cheaper no tv room, no window and no hairdryer, no compensation. Did Trip.com really send hotel information that this was for a standard room and not the superior one? That is what hotel claimed, blaming Trip.com for the mix up.

The hotel is in a prime location, right on the bar street, with many snacks, restaurants and bars nearby. It is close to many attractions such as Little India, the Clan Bridge, and the Komtar Building.

Since there was no elevator and I had large luggage, they changed my room to the first floor. Thank you for your consideration.
Since I was only staying for one night, I didn't really care about the dirt on the bed and futon, but it was disappointing that the shower temperature didn't get very high even when the water heater was turned on.

The staff by the name of Miss SYAZANA is very polite and helpful to assist you and regarding the room is good/parking and location is easy for Eatery place and the bars by walking . If you're staying two days or more pls ask them to make up your room if you need. Otherwise, the cleaner will get upset 🤣
