Booked for the first time, it was nice overall, only need small improvement in cleanliness, but the price was so cheap, requested for quiet room and had a nice sleep. Hotel owner is very nice and response very quickly if you have any problem. Very recommended!❤️

1. Self check-in was not smooth, could be improved.
2. No mirror in the room, there’s one in the toilet, but if you want to style/make up after shower, it’s a challenge.
3. Got windows but it’s blocked, not even like blocked by other buildings, if you open the windows it’s just straight up walls.
4. Terrible a/c, I’m convinced the last service date is at least months ago given the condition. Having no fan also worsens the situation.
5. Heater is kinda broken, it gets hot for a minute then it’s cold, then hot & cold again. But even if it does get “hot” it’s more like a semi-warm, not hot exactly. Like pool water warm on 4pm
6. The drainage system is awful. Shower is one side and the drain is on the other side. Just Imagine that.
7. The vending machine is good.

This hotel building is beautiful. Room and toilet is big. They provide bath gel, shampoo, toothpaste and toothbrush. Water pressure very powerful, just the water not hot enough. And there is water dispenser outside the room, very convenient to refill water. Provide parking, many parking lot. Location is near to many restaurants and a food court. This is a self check-in and check-out hotel, but is very easy. The host is very friendly.

Booked for 5 nights stay and no housekeeping provided. Managed to change the bath towels once and for this I have to call the service manager. Refund have to fill up the form thru link which was troublesome and took about a week. If we can pay the deposit on the day we checked in why can’t we get back on the same day on check out.
Other than that, this place is reasonable consider the price paid. Hopefully the management can improve on these.
