We were given a room RIGHT BESIDE THE AC machines. Can you imagine sleeping beside all of the AC machines?? It was so noisy, not to mention the room was near the ladder, there was a certain guest who stomps around when he/she walks across our room. The noise was unbearable, we decided to flee to other hotel after only one night The bed is also crooked and already broken, we can feel the bed spring pointing our back as we move around..
Sangat tidak manusiawi memberikan kamar di sebelah mesin AC yang menyala seharian untuk tamu yang menginap. Kamarnya boleh murah, tapi kami juga berhak untuk dapat tempat (setidaknya) untuk tidur yang layak.
Kami sempat minta untuk pindah kamar tapi katanya penuh. Malam kedua waktu kami bilang tidak mau lagi meneruskan menginap, barulah mereka menawarkan utk pindah ke cabang lain. NOT RECOMMENDED.
Kasur yang diberikan juga sudah rusak, jadi waktu tidur, miring semua ke tengah. Pengalaman yang sangat buruk!!

The room is clean the living area is cozy and chill. Self check-in. Perfect location and the place is awesome. 100% recommended for the price.

The environment it’s very bad, The hotels lobby Aircon did not on for all time. I stayed there for three nights, They don’t provide changing of towers. No one is in the hostel to provide any service. I seldom get to see anyone around.! No service at all . There is other outlet available in Georgetown, So never choose this location. It is really really very, very bad.

I had a wonderful stay at this central Penang hotel; the lobby was stunning and the room was very clean, complemented by an exceptionally friendly staff member. For future guests, it's worth noting that a thin ceiling and outside work caused some noise, which a little added insulation could fix. The shared bathroom was functional, though it could use a bit more attention to keep the floor dry. We also appreciated how easy it was to get around from this location.

Great accommodation for a solo female traveller, super close to the town and local restaurants.
Room by the road can be slightly noisy but overall it’s very good and clean. Staff are lovely and door codes makes it easy to check in and out.
