O hotel é bom, mas necessita melhorar em alguns pontos. O restaurante é ótimo em todos os sentidos, na comida muito boa e nos funcionários super simpáticos. O quarto é bom, mas o banheiro precisa ser modernizado. O que me desgostou muito, foi o fato de eu reservar especialmente um quarto com terraço, pois sou fumante e gosto do conforto de fumar no terraço. Minha surpresa foi, que ao chegar no hotel, fui informada que não poderia fumar no terraço do quarto, mesmo havendo portas entre o quarto e o terraço, que poderia ser fechada para não entrar cheiro no quarto. O pior, essa informação, de não poder fumar nos terraços, não existe no site, nem no booking, onde fiz a reserva. Este detalhe estragou minha viagem.

Hotel, piscina e restaurante incríveis. Acabamos nem saindo do hotel no primeiro dia, a piscina estava uma delicia, visual incrivel, aquecida. E o restaurante é fantástico. Recomendo!!! Inclusive se o destino for Pomerode, não deixe de passear em Timbó e conhecer os pontos turísticos.

Atendimento excelente, quartos simples, mas confortáveis. A estrutura do hotel é ótima, o café da manhã tem muitas opções locais, principalmente pratos alemães. O hotel é bem localizado, com várias opções de lazer ao redor. O bar tem muitas opções de cervejas locais.

Fomos muito bem recebidos desde o check in (um senhor de olhos claros , muito simpático ) até o momento que fomos embora. Não chegamos a sair nenhum dia para jantar. Jantamos todos os dias no hotel , valor acessível e uma comida muito bem apresentável é bem servida, sem contar na simpatia do Garcom que nos atendeu. Já foi a segunda vez que nos hospedamos e voltaríamos muitas vezes. Uma dica: ter uma brinquedoteca para criancas.

Hotel aconchegante, ótima área de lazer, café da manhã apetitoso, quarto grande (2 adutlos + 2 crianças). O hotel tem um restaurante muito bom, tão bom que fomos duas noites seguidas, o risote de linguiça Blumenau me ganhou! Valeu a pena!
