Very very small rooms, with a double bed and little else. Great outside area with small creek, croc feeding, Daryl the Donkey. Food was very average in restaurant and not good in the takeaway area. Fresh sandwiches weren't fresh and when you ask them to toast them, they come out worse.

Friendly staff and locals. Great selection of pub food at very good prices (under $20 for burger and chips). Don’t worry about takeaway alcohol, just sit at the bar and enjoy. Accommodation was clean and well maintained. Very good for where it is in outback N.T.

Little gem in the middle of nowhere, powered site under shady trees bordered by Timber Creek, crocodile feeding Tues/Thu/Sat we didn’t see it on the Sunday we where there, ammenities were spotless, pool and plenty of grassed areas, highly recommend.

We loved all the greenery at this rest stop, unfortunately staff allocated a very dry dirt / stoney spot for us to put up our tent. It made it near impossible to peg in. Once we finally got it up we took a walk around the area. There is a beautiful boab tree near the creek. The women's amenities block was new and clean. A perfect example of what all amenity blocks should look like. There was excessive noise at night when glass bottle/ can recycling was processed.

With little expectations we broke our drive and stopped the night in the motel. Phone bookings were very efficient and we needed to make a change on line it again was extremely efficient. Rooms were basic but very clean and the newly renovated bathroom great. Dinner in The restaurant was wholesome. They certainly cater more for men but did offer a Caesar salad. The staff were excellent. Return backpackers and some had stayed years. The bar was friendly with most drinks on offer at fair prices. The clientele were also polite. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Actually I didn't go there but never laughed so much at the reviews🤣🤣especially the brown nuggets in the loo🤣😂 Brown nuggets worth mega bucks with this a once in a lifetime offer🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Come on over and dig for brown nuggets and take them home with you🤣🤣🤣

My room was spotless- beautiful king bed - very comfortable 😌 I went for lunch 🥗 and dinner 🥘 and was not disappointed. Beautiful fresh food made to order - cannot fault the service ❤️ I had a rib fillet steak 🥩 with hollandaise sauce - steak was cooked to perfection and the sauce was yum 😋

The 'pod' I stayed in was clean, bed was comfy and even though a King single it was big enough for one night. It was very small but has what you need. Yes there are bats and yes they poo, I have them where I live and just wash it off. Nature was here before humans. Considering you're out in the middle of nowhere, it was a pretty good deal. The restaurant food was good and the staff were friendly. The little shop came in handy and had a good range of products. There are signs of age in areas but it wouldn't be easy or cheap to get people out to upgrade and modernise. I would be more than happy to stay again if ever out that way.

This is a great spot for an overnight stop. The campground is situated back from road behind roadhouse buildings and so is very quiet at night. The price is very reasonable and the amenities were old but clean. There are many fruit bats in the trees so may have to wash your vehicle.
